★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Teriyaki Twist at Callingwood location. Should have known better when she was breaking off parts of broccoli flowers and tossing some away. They may look green but they taste old and bitter. She poured 3 ladleful of teriyaki sauce all over... This is not Edo Japan, lady! This bowl doesn't look or taste like the Teryaki Twist bowl I got from Freshii by Costco. A waste of money, threw it out swimming in sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the 3 tacos. Didn't include the chips in the bag. No salsa. Tacos were sloppy, penny pinched with the cheese, and brown avacado. Both visits to this location were awful. Eat somewhere else.

I received my Pangoa Bowl through takeout and put it in my workplace fridge to eat later. 2 hours later the whole back kitchen stunk like 7 day old rotting food, it was disgusting. We ended up cleaning out the fridge thinking it was anything but the new FRESH food I had just ordered. It turns out, indeed it was the Freshii pangoa bowl I had received just hours before. For it to stink up the entire back part of my workplace is something else.
Now when I phoned the Callingwood location to rectify this, with a re-order or refund, I was met with a rude employee who ended up hanging up on me, saying she was busy. I phoned back thinking she surely didn't mean to hang up on me, she answered but was very curt, rude and unapologetic, told me to call her back in 'half hour'. It surprised me. I did, and she was not willing to accept that the bowl was gone bad, and wanted me to travel there to reorder, without taking my name or number, obviously not caring.
In the end, I ended up contacting Skip the Dishes and got excellent customer service from Skip the Dishes. They refunded me my lunch and was very empathetic.
I will NEVER order from this location ever again. Rotting food and horrible customer service.... I am disgusted. And I never write these kind of reviews, ever!
