I wanted to check my lottery, not sure if it’s winning one but still I wanted him to check my 2 tickets and he insist and said No I’m not checking that not unless it’s a winning ticket. I had a bad feelings that time because that lazy cashier didn’t check my tickets. It’s a group tickets i just want the result slips as a proof but I just left angry that store with horrible cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Twin brothers are awesome! Best customer service!, they work non stop. They deserve a vacation. I have been going to this macs for 3 years now. The store is always clean, they greet everyone who comes in, and they help you and actually hold a conversation. If you need something and they are sold out they will point you in the right direction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is hit and miss. One woman working there is outright rude. Some of the staff aren't wearing the mandatory masks, and those that are have them under their noses. They also say nothing to customers not wearing masks. I understand that confronting customers can be dangerous but at least have the staff in masks or a face shield

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst convenience stores I've ever been in. Half the time a person is waiting to be served because the staff is doing something else or on their phone. They have put up barriers trying to guide customers in 1 door and out the other. Quite often I have been told to exit the north side meet people who are coming in to pay engaged people who are coming in the out door and have them being sent to the in door.and the staff often make mistakes on your purchase and made a purchase and have to ask for a receipt just to verify my purchase. Very poorly ran franchise and have resorted to go elsewhere.
