★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for a quick lunch. First thing you should know is that this is not fast food, your order will take 10-15 mins to prepare during the lunch rush. But it's worth it! The beef is cooked fresh, not scooped out of a warming tray like some other burrito places. This is a damn good burrito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate this place no stars, I would. The manager Mirab (at least he stated he was the manager) was completely unprofessional, rude and condescending.
The wait for a simple order was exceptionally long, and in any other circumstance (busy with many orders or customers) I would completely understand. The store was empty and there were four employees doing little. It wasn’t until I arrived in store did they start the order although they had at least 15 mins of driving time to at the very least begin.
When asked about the delay, Mirab stepped in and instead of apologizing just suggested I could leave. I gave some suggestions on treating customers while I waited, got my order and left.
Will not return to this place until management changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this used to be the best location with rlly good latinx workers, there are now different workers, maybe different management i’m not sure. but they messed up everything, my burrito was wrong, stingy with toppings, i will say the cashier boy was really respectful but the girl making my food was not. the girls were touching the phone/register/cash and then touching toppings like??? that is disgusting. i’m not even hungry anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with only one other customer waiting, was in there for 20 minutes even with 5 people working. When we finally got our burritos somehow they were barely cooked? Wouldn’t come back here again, Oshawa locations are far better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Place is awesome, my favourite burrito place in Toronto. I live in Scarborough, we had one their too but their sautéed veggies are not fresh, here it’s so good that you can’t wait to until you reach home. I always end up eating in car. Best employees and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this place and the service was great. Hubby always orders the tofu burrito. My last visit I ordered the sweet potato. Was a little disappointed. The sweet potato was under cooked and it still had the skin on it. It was not pleasing as well. Who the heck eats sweet potato skins. Would take them 1 min to peel the sweet potato after cooking it. They need fix their sweet potato burrito.
