★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always had great experiences at this Zumiez, when I went to go buy a new pair of shoes an employee was super helpful, patient and got me plenty of shoe sizes to try until I found a good pair. Every time I've gone they also have a good sticker collection to choose from too and compared to other Zumiez their clothing selection is a little small but it's a great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service from the staff in this store. I was in a few days ago and there are 3 white associates standing around on there phones, not a single person acknowledges that i’ve walked in the store and as i’m walking around and standing looking at the shoe wall with a shoe in hand no one even thinks to ask if i need a size or to see how i’m doing.
As i walk around the store with a shoe in my hand still nothing, just zombies on their phones, when i go up to ask for a size after almost 15 minutes of nothing the associates just stare with blank looks on their face seemingly confused, then finish off what they are doing on their phones before asking what size, and even then not knowing a conversion of sizing as well as getting us the wrong gendered shoe which has a different price then the one we asked for.
After sitting down trying on the shoe and watching the 3 associates greet a couple of white customers as they walk in and have a conversation with them, not even coming back to see how things are fitting. I decided to take my business elsewhere dropped the shoes at the cash and walked away.
I’ve worked in management before and anyone running that store needs to be ashamed of themselves and hire new staff that are genuinely willing to help people and enjoy selling those products.
