I am typically very indecisive in the outfit I am looking for and this can become annoying for someone who is helping me? however Selena was very patient in helping with my needs regardless of the fact she was there alone and dealing with restocking the packages she had just received. Thank you Selena for your help, this has become my go to spot because of you.
T	Therese Ayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online months ago and went to pick up my item (finally) but as BF happened they lost the item or whatever , however (even though it wasn't my intent as I believe that I was in the wrong) The manager proposed to either refund my purchase or give me an item that is in the price range. And as items are quite affordable (the highest you'll pay is I think 49 dollars + HST) I was like ok, so I found comfy pants and bought a shirt. love the service, super neat and the fitting rooms are big.

Went back to return the merchandise i bought as it did not fit and was given nothing but attitude and a dry response. I mentioned maybe they should inform people of their return and exchange policy and the employee told me that absolutely no store will tell you their exchange policy when buying something. I wanted clarification and to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager just the employee at the store who was already refusing to help me. she said i had no choice other than to do an on the spot exchange or leave. there was nothing in the store i wanted so i left having lost the money i already spent and never wanting to go back into that store again. your staff is nothing but rude unprofessional, and inexperienced in customer service and should consider jobs that make them seem less miserable. as a instagram based brand you should definitely be careful of who you are talking to and they way you approach situations as you have no idea how i may have been promoting your business.
