★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT do in store pickups from this location. It clearly shows you they have received the package and signed for it, they let it sit there for an additional 3-4 weeks to call you to pick it up and won’t let you pick it up until they call. Waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went in to this store look for a winter jacket. He had a roots gift card with over $250 on it. He asked the staff member to check to see how much was on the card they said $254. He spent about 45 minutes looking for a jacket he liked. Went up to the cashier and tried to cash out. The manager said that their system would not except the gift card!!! What? They told him the balance!! Apparently, there is new system that has not been installed on their machines. So they could not process the gift card. Why can’t they have told us this before, we spent so much time looking????
Very poor customer service!!
