Horrible service. I am quite disappointed as the staff seem to be very young and immature. One of the associates was very rude and acting very innapropraiately. I have been in the store quite a few times, however it seems they don't care for your service as they tend to gossip a lot about previous work associates instead of assisting their customer's. NEVER Shopping there again!

One of the must go to places. If you are shopaholic, and need something good price and with awesome deals coming in round the year, this is a must place to be! A lot of times they will have storewide 40-50% off, wait for it if you can so you can save some money on the exact same collection. Sometimes they also have storewide off on tops or bottoms and so wait for the right time to get the best deal.

You can find ok stuff if you dig. Quality is hit or miss. Prices are low (I found some tops and bralettes under $10, but the fit was weird.) It's so-so. I'd skip if in a hurry.

With a 5 week shipping time you're better off ordering from Shein.com, their clothes are equal to better quality and there is an unbelievable variety for all sizes. It takes over 3 weeks to ship and then an additional 2 weeks to receive your items. FYI, they do not tell you it takes 5 weeks until you send an email to customer service over 2 weeks after placing the order!!! If I had known the shipping time, I would not have bothered with Suzy Shier. What shipping takes 5 weeks???? From Canada to Canada... Disappointing! Don't bother!

After a very traumatic fall almost 4 months ago, I needed new clothes to go back to work. I showed up today in a walker moving at a snail's pace and Fay was a phenomenal help to me. She got me a chair for the change room and apologized that the accessible change room was unavailable. This young lady was so amazing with me, grabbed me different colors and sizes and found me a bunch of tops I loved! She never made me feel rushed, instead she went out of her way to make me feel like a treasured customer. I've always loved this store and now I love it even more!

Today I witnessed the store manager, "Fay" verbally attack a customer in the store, after the customer asked her a simple question. This verbal attack was completely unprovoked and unprofessional. Through observing this encounter, the store manager also broke socially distancing protocol by getting close to the customer, seemingly "brushing" past her purposely, as to provoke the customer. As a customer, I found this interaction to be uncomfortable, and quite disturbing to witness. I expected the store manager to hold a level of professionalism when speaking to paying customers , and Fay did not. I had been warned prior to visiting to this location, that "Fay" the store manager is problematic, and todays encounter confirmed this.

I was in the changing room and one of staff Fay decided to knock on my door and tell me to hurry up. I was shocked as I had just walked in and was trying on one shirt. As I was cashing out, I asked the other staff for her name as I was completely uncomfortable by this experience. I was told that it's a manager! I am a manager myself with 15 year plus experience in hospitality and this is not how a manager carries herself. As I was walking out I noticed her have an abusive spat with another customer. I feel completely uncomfortable and will not be going back to that store unless she is removed from that location. I made a phone call to head office and I expect a full follow up on this for her behavior! I also noticed for the last 2 years the same persons name has been listed in reviews for her unprofessionalism. I feel sorry for the staff that have to put up with her abusive behavior! Clearly, she doesnt deserve her position as a manager!

Very Bright and well lit Store. Sells women's fashion and accessories. This chain has been around for years and has adapted to style changes. It has reopened with some Co-vid protocols. Good to see.
