I went there a few times, my last visit... a woman working there had a problem listening and was quite dramatic in her actions. Quite disappointing in dealing with her, abrasive attitude, and I was shocked by her behavior. No need in saying who it was, she knows.

Just went in an had one of the worst experience of my life. There were two woman behind the counter, one who was new asking for help with a gift card and then ours. She had already made a joke at my expense and made me feel uncomfortable when we asked for 2 transactions, as if I couldn't afford it. When helping her Co worker she rudely told a customer (who was confused about gift cards) - offering no help just having her leave. AFTER THAT, she gossiped making fun of the customer and even repeated twice "I really should keep my mouth shut. I really should keep my mouth shut." - Yes. Please do in the future. You absolutely brutalized my experience and I don't plan on returning to this location.

What I saw today at West Point marks was the most blatantly obvious bullying I have ever seen. A person who was clearly in charge, making a sales associate cry. In Canada, occupational health and safety laws include the concept of due diligence. Due diligence means that employers shall take all reasonable precautions, under the particular circumstances, to prevent injuries or incidents in the workplace. Every person should be able to work in a safe and healthy workplace. What this girl experienced today, does not seem like a healthy workplace. I hope the manager of marks takes action, to prevent any further bullying in the workplace.

I bought a pair of sketcher shoes from Markβ€˜s I’ve been wearing sketchers for years these were the least comfortable shoes I have ever spent my money on. I called to see about getting an exchange for another pair and flat out they said it wasn’t their policy to return shoes that were worn. I get it they were worn but wouldn’t it be a store policy to make sure the customer was happy maybe extending some sort of discount on another pair or something that’ll be the last time I shop at Marks work warehouse ever.

I bought a set of Timberland pro boots. I worked one two week shift with these boots. The left boot was defective. The team lead was immediately argumentative before I could even explain the issues. It was a struggle go get my boots replaced. The boots carry a money back guarantee for under 30 days use. Even this was not reason enough to have an easy solution. The person working the till was not friendly or helpfull. Normally I would not blame staff for how a company runs. However this is just one of many experiences that all are within the staffs control. I will be taking my business to the competition.

Came in for the sales and saw an employee with blonde/purple hair crying after being spoken to in an ill mannered way by a tall older woman with short blondish/grey hair and glasses who appeared to be her superior. Wasn't too impressed by the way the young girl was spoken to, she was called disrespectful and argumentative for not doing things properly when it seemed to be a simple misunderstanding. As a customer I'd expect professionalism at the very least when shopping but this girl seemed outright bullied. I wouldn't even want to talk to such an employee never mind her being in charge. In the end I did find some good sales, the young man in footwear was very helpful and good natured and made some good suggestions for my wide fit feet. Will no longer be taking my business here until the supervisor in question is either severely reprimanded and/or let go.

I used to go to Mark’s all the time just for work clothes and work boots since they had the best selection! Recently I had a couple gift cards and went in to see what they had for clothes. Marks actually has a huge selection of nice clothes, sweaters and all sorts of other stuff! Last visit we ended up with clothes for myself, my girl friend and a nice new blanket! ☺️

Great selections of work boots, clothes, shoes not only for men but also for women. Parking lot is a little bit small but never had an issue with it. While shopping there once I noticed a customer walk in and asked a staff member where a specific item was, the employee didn’t seem to know where it’s located nor did they want to direct the costumer to someone who might know. I don’t totally blame the employee but rather the lack of training they’re provided in terms of costumer service. Overall I’d still shop here due to the good clothing selections they have.
