In 1976, Terry Armstrong and Lew Hayden had a vision of how shoes should be made – with premium leather, superior craftsmanship, and built for extraordinary comfort. They began with the belief that everyone deserves a shoe that looks good and fits properly. In that spirit there are now over 88 sizes and width available for women and 112 for men, and we still craft our shoes the by hand – one shoe at a time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Fiancée and I went there this afternoon to purchase a pair of shoes. Walter, the only staff person working, was one of the most rude sales people we have met in a store in a long time. His people skills were terrible and he made you feel stupid for asking any question. He was very condescending. We will definitely not go back to this store and will tell others about our awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good store with huge selection of comfortable shoes! Wonderful people!The staff is always polite and helpful .My grandma has a wide feet. Very hard to find for her a good pair of shoes. Always come to this store and buy for her shoes with all her needs. Definitely will recommend! The girls very helpful and nice !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walter is the shoe fitting master. My husband and I are in our 50's. We have always bought exspensive high quality shoes. We only buy sas shoes. Well made we do not replace them for years. We can not find better. We have bought every other brand always over $200.00. This store has lots of stock, styles and colors. Huge selection. I walk on concrete 8 hour shifts. Slip resistant as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have narrow, hard to fit feet and have a problem with flat metatarsal arches. Rick the salesman was wonderful - listened to me, found me 4 pairs of potential fits, and I settled on one wonderful pair, although I could easily have walked out with 3 of the 4 pairs. A very good selection and wonderfully comfortable shoes. I was also concerned they would be "old lady" shows but they look nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to SAS shoe store for the first time yesterday. My mother was looking for a good quality shoe for an upcoming wedding. The sales girl was uninterested in helping, did not listen to her needs, continuously brought inappropriate shoes, and was aloof all around. Should have known we would not receive good customer service when first walking in the door she looks us both up & down. And our experience went downhill from there! No effort or apology on their part. Will NEVER go there again. Bad experience that left a sour taste. They lost a sale and any future sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My step Mom went there yesterday to purchase a pair of shoes to fit her orthotics. The salesman Walter was very pushy, insisting the length of the shoe did not need to match the length of her foot (shoes were an inch past her toes), would not let her browse the store to find a pair of shoes that she felt comfortable with. Instead, he picked out a few pairs that he felt were right for her, pushed her into the sale of one of them and quickly shuffled her out the door. She was also there with 2 of my very well behaved children that were watched like hawks. Everyone was made to feel very unwelcome and very uncomfortable. The shoes were returned today and his crusty old attitude was no different. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who wishes to be treated with kindest or respect. They definitely need to work on their customer service. Will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a pair of sandals and diabetic socks. Was advised that both could be returned. Receipt states “We will provide a full refund or exchange on any unworn footwear”. Are socks not foot wear? They wouldn’t refund a seniors refund. Socks weren’t even tried on. I would have a probably if there was signage stating this. If so I wouldn’t of bought

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't stand behind there shoes. Bought a pair of shoes for $225 that are suppose to b comfortable but are anything but. Wanted to return them but they said it was FINAL SALE, to bad so sad. Glad they are going out of business. Good Riddance.
