★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman that I dealt with had absolutely no interest in helping me solve my feet issues as I described them to him all he wanted to do was sell me an expensive pair of snow boots which would solve all my problems. I bought and they did not help and with their no refund no return policy I am screwed. Over the phone he said he knew my problems and could help. Stay away from this guy

After leaving the podiatrists office being told I have plantar fasciitis, I asked the store clerk to help give me some options of shoes that would help give me arch support and have a lifted heel and he was glad to help! He was great at providing information on the different shoes I was trying on and was able to answer my questions! They made it such an easy going and relaxing experience! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality, supportive shoes!

My wife has a very difficult time buying shoes. She has metal fusing her toes she requires great arch support and a very firm sole. The staff listened to her needs and we walked out with the perfect shoes for her and a lot more knowledeable about buying footwear. We are very glad that we by chance walked into their store. Check them out!

Went to Shoe Comfort on a recommendation. Staff were very welcoming and thorough. Vincent assessed my needs (I wanted hiking shoes), recommended a few styles and helped me try on a range of different brands. No pressure or rushing which I really appreciated. He was genuinely interested in helping me find the right fit for my budget.
I ended up purchasing a pair of Merrells with insoles and they've made a huge difference. No more back pain, improved posture and very comfortable! As advertised, the shoes have excellent grip and I've used them through mountain trails and rainforest, and they're still going strong a year later.
Thanks Vincent and team, I'll look forward to the next visit!

They could even tell the shoe size by just looking. Mom was very happy. My wife and I bought shoes the next week. My feet have never been so happy.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful in both finding a pair of sandals appropriate for my foot condition and that are still stylish! I never felt pressured and was given many price point options. I will definitely be going back to purchase my footwear!
