★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went in with a newly found benign mass in my uterus. I was prescribed a hormonal medication used for endometriosis. When asked whether or not there will be another U/S to see if the mass was gone, would be done, i was told "no it doesn't matter if the mass goes or not . This is to make you feel better" While YES i want to feel better i DO NOT want to mask what is wrong. I want to find out WHY it happened and solve the problem. When will Drs start solving the problem instead of just throwing medication at everyone? The common symptoms of this medication are worse than what is happening due to the mass. Unless medicating yourself numb is your thing then he's your guy. If not look somewhere else.
