The staff is extremely friendly and create an enjoyable family atmosphere! Braces can be a nightmare, but this place made braces (almost) a fun experience :-)

Had braces on for 2-3 years. I got my braces off today and I am terribly upset with him for how he took off my braces and all. He broke 2 of my teeth and claimed it to be cavaties and kept telling me how bad my teeth are. I now have to get my teeth fixed because of him. One of my canines (" vampire teeth") is really bad.

Unprofessional front staff and reception. Absolutely appalling. The behind-the-scenes staff were great and friendly for what little interaction I had with them, but the front staff have turned what should have been a simple experience into a nightmare of anxiety and rudeness. ~ I have had to wait while they had a 'girl talk', ignoring me waiting to check in and seemed rude and irritated I dared to show up for my appointment early. You know, doing their job instead of being at High School. ~ They are just rude. They try to hide it, but show a snarky response and 'disdain' to you. They are a 3/10 on the 'friendly' scale and you can feel it, making you uncomfortable to be around them. Not the reception you want to deal with! ~ The final straw? After waiting 7 MONTHS, and 2 update requests on coverage (they don't update you or keep you informed on anything). I found out that my coverage had been rejected 3 months ago. No update. No appeal. No information on what to do next. They have since ignored my requests for information and follow up and feel it too troublesome to assist their patient in follow up. Absolutely disgusting. I can say little of the Doctor (beyond he chose to hire these staff), but my experience with this Clinic has been absolutely abysmal and subpar by all regards. Avoid them if you expect a professional treatment (or any treatment at all!)

Had an incredible experience with Dr. Cox and co. I had to get double jaw surgery, so braces were required beforehand, and Dr. Cox and his team were all extremely helpful, supportive and professional. They were able to help organise everything for me and work with my surgeon and dentist office, making the overall experience very positive. If you're looking for an orthodontist, this is the place to go. Also helps that Dr. Cox is one of the funniest people you'll meet.

My experience with Dr Cox and the office has been nothing short of impeccable. I have been on this journey of getting an over bite and straight teeth and I have one beautiful smile!! Cheryl is an amazing front desk coordinator and is on top of billing, submitting claims and making sure appt.’s are booked!! Rhonda and Theresa are exceptional technicians who are always gentle when dealing with the braces or any procedure Best of all is Dr Cox. His wisdom and patience and sense of humour is a welcome addition to this journey. Whether you are young and just starting your brace journey or a mature client like myself.. This is a wonderful place to be!!

I been going to see Ron for 20 years. His laid back style is exactly what someone needs when going to the dentist. He is very knowledgeable within the industry and I appreciate the fact that he doesn't jump the gun with orthodontics. I have friends that had orthodontics done a few years prior to myself and have had to get braces on for the second time due to 'jumping the gun' and putting them on to early. Happy Customer for the last two decades and am looking forward to bringing a new generation to him as soon as they require some orthodontic work. Keep up the great work Ron :) Abby Kaun

One of the weirdest professionals I’ve ever encountered. Before we even began my assessment for braces he wouldn’t stop talking about how he’s a member of the Mayfair golf club and he drives a Mercedes. Then he decided that a plastic retainer would be more appropriate than braces. I paid upfront. This was a huge mistake as I later found out the $500 was not for the retainer itself, but just for the assessment. Even though I didn’t consent to this assessment fee and was misled they would not refund my money. Very misleading and dishonest business practise.
