A	Angela Kaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this clinic. Yes there are days I wait an hour or more but it is worth it. Dr. Ballerman is the best doctor I have had since 2012 when I first seen her. She has been my doctor for the birth of my 2 kids. I will be a forever patient ?
A	Andea Silver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seem to always have to miss work as the hours seem inflexible here. The reception lady, with the foreign accent, didn't seem accommodating. She made me feel like she doesn't need me as a patient. She said she couldn't get me in with the other doctors, even though I only saw the one doctor once there. The reception lady said she couldn't get me in on a Tuesday morning or Friday afternoon either. She was very negative and didn't seem happy to help. I work in reception too and I have to say that she is not kind. The one appointment I had with the doctor didn't wow me, in addition to having to see a male gynecologist. He didn't say much so it was awkward. I cancelled my appointment and I'm going to request for my GP to refer me somewhere nicer.

R	Robin Knights on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst patient service I have received from a clinic. The Dr and his assistant are great. But the receptionist Anne is rude and unhelpful. She told me she “didn’t have time to help me as she was too busy running a clinic”. I was shocked and asked her if she seriously said that, then mentioned how rude it was as I am a patient. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked for their HR manager, I was told they do not have one, and the office manager Gail comes and goes as she pleases.
F	F L Hartley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic! The receptionists, staff and doctors are absolutely phenomenal. There was an occasion where I had some car issues and was subsequently late for my appointment, but the receptionists and doctors were so understanding and still saw me that day. This clinic has changed my quality of life so much. When I was first referred to this clinic, I was in immense pain and had been dealing with years worth of misdiagnoses. Doctor Lewis is kind, professional and so genuinely caring. She has always made me feel comfortable and calm while under her care. Doctor Uretsky the specialist is also so kind, professional and caring. He has helped me so much with managing my pain. He gives you honest answers, realistic expectations, and always lets you be in control of your outcome. I have never had a negative experience at this clinic. All the staff have always taken all my health concerns seriously and have never made me feel like I had to justify my health issues. Additionally, I just wanted to add that all of the reviews that are in reference to wait times: there is literally a sign at the front desk explaining you may have to wait up to two hours after your appointment time, due to the fact that it is an emergency surgery clinic! They have to make exceptions for life or death situations.

The clinic itself is very clean, and quite spacious. There is ample parking available. This clinic seems to run like a well oiled machine, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Will gladly keep coming here, as long as my OB stays!
W	Wilah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Pelinska is a amazing and sweet OBGYN. She cares alot and explains every detail you are in and lets you decide on avaliable options without being pushy on any of it. Her assistant Preet is the best as well in getting back to me in a very reasonable time for any called in concerns I have with my pregnancy. I recommend this clinic and doctor.
L	Luxury Decor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, first of all I got referral months ago, they didn’t call back (I can’t be completely sure) but at least 7 to 8 months after my referral. Then I changed my appointment because only once because I was travelling for those dates. My second appointment they canceled themselves, because doctor was changing office or something to than nature. My third appointment they had to still cancel it because apparently “moving office” wasn’t complete but this time they left a voicemail letting me know that they were cancelling an appointment and they wanted me to call back and reschedule. I didn’t call back because by the time I was planning my trip and wasn’t sure of my dates obviously so I called them back 2 months later to schedule a new appointment. The receptionist tells me that only way they can schedule me for an appointment is if I go there in person and pay $100 in cash because I had “missed” appointment. So I explained it to them that it has to be a mistake because this is what happened, they themselves actually cancelled appointments with me twice. Anyway, she said the doctor requested this and there is nothing she can do. I’m definitely going to a different clinic. I wish I didn’t waste my time waiting for them for a whole year to see the gynecologist . ?
