★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their price was fair and the service was good. Don installed my hot water tank, he was polite, got there on time and left the area clean and with no damages. The job was done professionally and with no hickups. Would recommend them to anyone.
This is the only time I have given a company a 5 star review and then had to reverse that review to a one star.
Elite did a good job installing my hot water tank, so when I had issues with my high efficiency furnace they were my first call. After several visits and thousands of dollars of repair, the same issue with the furnace persisted. They rebuilt the drain system, cleaned and replaced parts in the furnace and replaced the board... all to no avail. When the issue persisted on a cold Saturday, I phoned again but as no one was able to look at it until Monday i decided to look into it myself. The issue seemed to come from the drain, so I started taking it apart and found that it was blocked by a large dead bumble bee. I removed the offending insect, re assembled and had zero issues. When they called on the Monday they suggested that they could replace my thermostat which was also not the issue! When I protested that the repair guys had not found the issue but had just thrown parts at it until it worked i was told they would do a free service/ clean at the start of the next season. It has been over a year, and no one has called for the free service.
The moral of the story is, if you want a new unit installed they are probably good, if you want to fix an old one you will probably save yourself money by googling and fixing yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional installation of our new high efficiency furnace. Our other, 15 year old furnace was still working but was reaching end of life, so it was necessary to replace it. Elite did not try to upsell to the most expensive unit, but helped meet our budget limitations with the best option for our needs. What impressed me was the calculations on the most efficient size unit for our house size and heat loads, followed (after installation) by a proper commissioning procedure to validate that the system was functioning according to the design standards. We now have confidence in our new Lennox furnace for the coming Arctic blast. Highly recommended!

Their service is stellar and you always get straight answers with honest quotes (nothing hidden or surprise charges). Elite always sticks to their appointment times. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our tankless water heater died suddenly on Wednesday. I called Elite and they were able to come out an hour later, after their inspection they showed me exactly the problem and laid out the options.
We decided to replace it with a brand they recommended. They actually came first thing the next day installed the new machine (much better then our old one) and even moved some of the piping around so it was less cluttered. Best part the price was a bit less then estimated! I would recommend them.

Chris and his crew are SUPER smart, did very neat, clean and tidy work. They are very detailed oriented and their work was extremely professional. I would recommend them 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Elite look at our air conditioner which was not working. We had had previous work done on it and knew that it would need to be replaced. They came in and replaced it, did the work well, arrived when they promised and did an excellent job. Our house was cooling by that evening. They did such a good job that two years later we decided to replace our furnaces and had Elite do that job too. They stuck to the quote that they gave us, and arrived on time on the day they said they would start. It took two days to do all the work. They were professional, pulled the proper permits, gave us explanations of how the new furnaces and thermostats would work, answered any questions that we had, and left the inside and outside work looking good. Several months later when we had an issue with one of our humidifiers (which we did not have them replace) they came out and fixed the issue no charge. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work on their heating and air conditioning systems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The installation is ok, but they over charged even on a small stuff and it does not work properly. The customer service is terrible too. They won't reply your email and your phone call and follow your case. Not recommended.
