★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The purpose for Jesse's visit was to check out the furnace, the water heater and the drainage and provide a quote. The consultation process was straight-forward and clear. The prices were listed and options were shared with their recommendations. As well Jesse was able to share their work process and communicating with clients. The information was detailed that I was able to comprehend on what needs to be done for a long term investment in my new home. Also Jesse was very accommodating after learning that I am Deaf that I require pen and paper & iphone for communication. I look forward to the job to be done on the next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very cold day and busy day for the technicians. Darren came around 6 pm as soon as he was available. He quickly found the leak point and explained to me the possibility of the leak. He did the pipe replacement, solder and installation quickly and nicely. He was well trained and answered my questions politely. He also strictly followed Covid-19 rules. Darren finished the work around 7pm and headed to the next client.
Keep the good work and keep safe in the cold weather Darren!

He also noted a few other things that he noticed could use some attention and how to address it. Overall excellent service, pricing is industry standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only company to respond after hours and immediately come by to check our furnace which wasn't working. Very honest about cost, parts, expectations and timelines. Installed a new furnace next day. Very professional and friendly. Would absolutely call them again if needed. Jesse and his apprentice (sorry I forget his name) were great to work with, very knowledgeable and fun. Thanks again and happy new year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called Capital Plumbing and Heating as our hot water tank's pilot light was out and we could not get it to reignite. The call taker was very responsive and helpful on the phone, and Daniel, the technician, arrived promptly. He was respectful of our home (booties to cover his shoes, mask, asked to enter, etc.) and very polite. He quickly found a solution to the pilot light issue and explained what was wrong with it (the sparker), and issues that could arise from it in the future. Daniel provided helpful advice and information about how to avoid future hassles with our tank and things to consider when we need to eventually replace it (it's old!). I would highly recommend their services to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my cat managed to get stuck in our furnace on a Sunday afternoon and my usual furnace repair people were not available, I called around and was very relieved to find Daniel at Capital Plumbing and Heating. After face timing to see if this could be fixed easily by me, he quickly determined that she would need to be cut out, and he came right over. He was extremely courteous and professional and very kind to both myself and the cat, taking great care to not alarm her and make sure she didn't get hurt while he was lifting her out. It was such a relief when she was out safe and sound, both for myself and my cat. Daniel then patched my furnace up so that it still works just fine. Daniel is a lovely man who was really good at explaining what was happening along the way, and I now know a whole lot more very useful information about my ductwork and furnace, and even my hot water heater. As a final bonus, the price was also very reasonable! I will definitely be calling this company from now on for all my heating and plumbing needs. I also intend to sign up for their maintenance plan. Thank you so much, Daniel!! We are very grateful to you and this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of weeks ago Darren replaced our hot water tank after it burst. Capital was so quick to respond and Darren was very good. He helped with the flood we had from the tank. Within a few hours we had a new water tank installed. Today Daniel came back and did amazingly replacing our sump pump and cleaning our furnace and humidifier. He is very thorough and did a great job explaining our issues. Thanks Capital plumbing and heating for always being there for us and having the best employees.

Daniel was my technician, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Not only was he extremely pleasant to interact with, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing and educated me about my furnace and air system. He did not try to upsell me on anything and focused on helping me to be better equipped to maintain and manage my home’s heating system.
