★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We woke up on the weekend to our furnace not blowing air and called Pro Solutions. She helpfully talked us through a few checks to get our furnace working again, saving us a potentially expensive weekend call out for something we could do ourselves. She even called an hour later to check on the situation and see if we were okay. We decided we should get a tune up to make sure we’re in good shape for the next cold snap and will absolutely be using Pro Solutions tomorrow for that! I really appreciate a business that doesn’t do unnecessary call-outs, and works with clients to find the right solution. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a furnace check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed that my furnace was not running well and scheduled an inspection. They were able to send an experienced inspector Ryan who ran some diagnostics which showed that my ancient furnace was on its last legs. He patiently explained the issues, answered my questions, and provided a few quotes for a new furnace installation. Once I decided on the model I wanted, the installation crew came over that same day to remove the old furnace and install the new one along with a new humidifier. The tech crew was hard working and polite to deal with and they walked us through the operation features of the new unit before they left. It has now been just over a month and the furnace and humidifier are working fantastically as promised (no more dryness!). This company also provided and installed my A/C unit many years ago with no issues and I would happily recommend them for any HVAC work.

Calvin and Jason were on time, pleasant, professional and very hard workers. They were cleaned up and were very tidy. Sergio, the sales rep, was helpful and positive. Would definitely recommend ProSolutions.

He definitely went above and beyond, even taking the time to show me how to program my thermostat (without me even asking). Best service I have ever had!Thanks so much Ike!

We had a 25 year old furnace that needed replacing and we wanted to install air conditioning for next summer.
Jason and his team went above and beyond in their professional install. They walked me through all that was needed to be done and were very clear and open about the service.
The price was fair and competative and the speed of service unbelievable considering the current Covid market.
The technicians that came over 2 days were thoughtful of the home, clean, tidy and worked efficiently.
They also installed a water softener for us and managed to squeeze everything into our small understair mechanical room.
I wish I could give 6 stars!
How good were they? So good my next door neighbour saw the work they did and the next week they were at his place putting in a system for him! He is over the moon also!
Thank you ProSolutions, you lived up to your slogan, 1 call solved it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason and Nathan came into our home for 2 weeks and provided incredible service. They retrofitted a furnace and venting into a home that wasn’t designed for it. They were somehow able to plumb heat runs and air returns to every room of a 5 level split home with only one small inconspicuous bulkhead!
Communication was key in a project this large while my family was still living in the home, Jason was responsive by text or phone, and the whole crew was always on time and worked full days to complete the job.
Pricing was very competitive and the workmanship was second to none. Highly recommend Pro Solutions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company offered fantastic service! The call was answered quickly and my concerns forwarded in a very timely manner to a technician, who was able to visit within a couple of hours same day. He diagnosed the death of our furnace, has another tech bring space heaters to the house within 20 minutes and a replacement furnace was installed the next morning - great service and very police and professional individuals to deal with! I would definitely recommend this company.
