He kept his work area clean and provided good feedback that was open and honest. The repairman I had clearly takes pride in the work he does and the company that he works for. I would have no problem recommending the person I got to others for any drainage issues and will directly ask for him in the future if services are needed again.

Curtis was top notch in all aspects of work preformed.This was exactly how work is to be preformed-excellent work Curtis. Pricing maybe on the higher end, but worth it for the higher quality of product they use. Mr rooter also offers the costumer a low, mid and higher end product selection, so they give you choices.which is also nice. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs

My plumber tried to auger the roots - with only partial success. Scott, from Mr. Rooter came out the next day (less than 24 notice) and got the job done. He used the least invasive access point - now the line is clean as a whistle. I am so relieved that it does not need to be replaced. Great, friendly and responsive service. Estimate was given prior to starting. Basement was left clean. I was really impressed with this business.

Curtis and another gentleman were extremely professional and very nice. They were actually early and got right to it. They were informative as they went along and advised us of the cost. We agreed and the work was fantastic. The faucet works better than before it broke. They cleaned up so well there was no way to tell they were even here. I'll definitely recommend them and call in the future.

The service was pricey (otherwise 5 stars), but received long weekend service less than an hour after calling, and work was extremely well done. Thanks Austin!

Curtis came to fix the shower. He is very professional. He assessed the issue and gives you multiple options. He wasn't here to "up-sell". He did a great job fixing the issue in a timely manner. For any plumbing needs, I definitely will call this company again.

We used them for a water softener installation, full house sewer flush and an installation of a hose bib in our garage and called them back for more just because of the service and professionalism. Our technician Jamie went above and beyond to help us with every question we had and they have earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

The technicians Christian and his partner provided me with several different options for repair. They gave a lot of detail into what they were going to fix and why it was necessary. The service was fast, and my hot water is back up and running better than before. The receptionist even called back after my appointment to ensure that I was satisfied with my service. If you are looking for a plumber then Mr. Rooter is for you. I’ll definitely be a life long customer now.
