Nothing But Tires - Edmonton

My second time at this store. The guys are amazing. Excellent customer service. Clean waiting area with some coffee, pops, chips etc. They try as much as possible to provide you with the tires you need at a good price.. Five star without reservations.

I have to give huge props to the staff at Nothing But Tires. I needed just one winter tire and, they were so helpful, from talking to them on the phone, to getting there and making sure I was getting the correct tire and then making arrangements to have it installed, even though it was pretty late in the day. All told, the entire process took less than an hour, including installation. The price was great for both as well. I will be going back here in the future. Thanks again.

Awful experience. Relied on their expertise because I presumed the merchant would provide a good product. I purchased the tires and was then surprised when I had to transport to another location to have them installed about 10 minutes away. The installer could not put on the tires because one of my lug nuts was seized and it required a mechanic. I was scheduled to drive the car and needed the tires, so I took it to Canadian Tire. They would not install the tires for two reasons. One reason was every tire they sold me was a mismatch. They mentioned that was dangerous. Second reason was one of the four tires was 13 years old??? It was against their policy to install a tire that old. I was told the tires were final sale-so I ended up paying for 4 mismatched tires that were aged. I probably could have gone to Costco for the same price point. Do not go here unless you want to throw your money away like I did!! I actually feel very dumb to believe the sales pitch in regards to the mismatched tires-but I guess they knew tires were not my area of expertise. I am sure if you know about tires you could get a good value here….Good luck

Very good customer service. Made sure I had the best available in my price range. Respectful over the phone and in person. Large inventory of decent used tires. I called and then went there, had what I needed and could afford within a half hour. Sent me to a tire instal place nearby to get the tires installed with very decent cost to me. I would for sure recommend to my friends and family.

My husband and I have been going to nothing but tires for 5 years now and always have an amazing experience with them. Top of the line customer service, knowledgeable employees and prices you just can't beat! If you haven't checked them out yet, do so when you're in need of new tires! Travis and Austin helped me this week with a new set of winters and they were awesome to deal with.

My son got a great deal on tires yesterday. They told him they had about 75-80% tread left. Looked like new when we picked them up. Definitely be getting my next set of truck tires here in a month or two without a doubt. Great staff and really nice customer service area as well. Nicest one I've ever seen. Top notch place in my books period.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! . I recommended this place to everyone for years. Not anymore. They sold me a set of tires for $600. I went to 4 shops to get them installed. Midas and Kal Tire refused because they were heavily cracked, separating, and unevenly worn, (also 10 years old, if that matters). The other two said they would install them but strongly advised me that they were not safe for highway. Nothing But Tires sales manager wouldn't do anything but offer me $40 off the full price of another replacement set. . I bought the tires in May, drove them for 4 months and then switched to my winter tires. I brought receipts to show when I stopped driving on them. When I tried to get them put back on, all 4 tire shops agreed that the type of cracking and separation was old and could not have occurred in the time I owned them. I now realize why they give you a coupon for their partner installation shop. Those are the only guys who won't warn you if the tires are dangerous. . When I bought the tires in May, my roommate also bought a set. She had two flats in the first month, neither of which they were willing to cover. . I like dealing with local businesses, and typically give them the benefit of the doubt when things aren't exactly perfect. But bad tires can cost a person their life. Mistakes happen, but when all 4 shops say these are too dangerous, and the NBT guys maintain that they are completely fine, I have to say something publicly. Especially because a lot of people can't afford to replace their tires every 4 months. If these were really fine, why wouldn't they take them back and give me store credit against the new set they were trying to sell me for a measly $40 off?

Sorry for the late review. I was checking out this company for a set of 4 tires for my 2019 dodge grand caravan . I had 3 different sets in mind. I watched YouTube about each one. From 3 i got down to 2 contenders,so I called Nothing But Tires,and spoke to Austin L. I asked him which one was the better of the 2,and he said the Douglas A/S was. I told him I would get those.Really good prices too. I went there and waited for the tires to be brought out. I said they looked ok. They even loaded them. I got them installed at Tire King, the company Nothing But Tires uses for installation. If you want awesome service and tires,check these guys out. They are amazing. I will go back to them. That was my first time there. P.S. thanks for the travel mug.
