★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The worst I have ever experienced, but to my current knowledge this is the only place to order a nova flair in the US. I am currently researching the manufacturer and reaching out to other owners to hopefully resolve this issue. No Company should be allowed this monopoly if they refuse to take care of business as needed!

From answering millions of questions, to coming in on his day off for me to pick up and he even helped save my ikea furniture that got wet in the box of our truck! He helped tear off all the wet cardboard and rewrapped it all for us! So kind and trustworthy, I 100% reccomend his tables and the Nova Flair to anyone and everyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my first and only dust extractor from them back in 2018. At the time I had questions about which one I would need, it was recommended to get a smaller version but I was also not at full capacity booked so I went with a little bigger unit. I am so thankful Paul helped me along the way. Now if I'd just get smart and order several filters at once. I don't understand how this place would get 1 star reviews, definitely the opposite of my experience.
