The lady in the front desk hurt my kid !!Deserve a negative star!!Never take kids to this place !! The lady who started doing my kids hair was nice. I told to trim the hair and make it short as much as she can. It was taking time.Then the lady at the front desk came and started doing. The drama began then. There was no other customers waiting, still she started to rush.She started doing things without asking anything. When I told her that I wanted it shorter she asked, do you want it like a boy cut. Then the lady with the other workers started making fun that I wanted my girls hair like a boy. And then she started talking something in another language. I kept quiet. I thought I would talk once my kids hair cut is done.However, when she started using the trimmer, I couldn't keep my mouth shut anymore. She held my kids head tight and was so rough. I told her to stop. “I don't care how much time you take I don't want you to hurt my little one”. She was so rough that she wounded my kids skin.If I wasn't looking she would have made a the wound worse.I walked out from there.My husband had already paid for the hair cut with tip. And her rude behaviour began after she got the money.Worst experience ever.NEVER GO HERE WITH KIDS.

I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE walking in for an IMPERFECT haircut. NO perfect haircuts here!! I think I could do it better. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING A HAIRCUT HERE!!! Now, I think those folded dirty towels were an indication of the quality and professionalism of this place.

Outside price is 25 but after you're hair cut is done double the price u get.and i said don't do the short hair just cut 2inch.but they do want they wanted terrible experience.

I did not directly use the business but I single-handedly witness how one of the hairstylist/Receptionist sat my friend down to attempt to do her hair the way THEY WANTED it and not what she wanted. My friend did not expect to get her hair done over there because there wasn't enough time however when she was just tryna inquire how much it would be to get her head fully bleached, the lady quickly sat her down her on chair and told her she is going to do "highlights" for her. My friend ultimately said "no, I would like to have a full head bleached and toned down" but nope the lady not only did not listen but also insisted again and again to do the "highlights." My friend even attempted to show a picture of what she wanted but she was shut down. The lady did not listen to her at all!! It made me and some of the people in that salon at that time, very uncomfortable. My friend eventually just gave up and the lady placed this beachboy bleaching cap on her head and continued to pull her hair out it. ---- My friend really felt uncomfortable to say anything but eventually she did and told the lady that "she changed her mind." The lady made her still pay because she "mixed" the mixture already. But still the fact that she did not listen to my friend and still continued to do what she insisted is super ridiculous and uncomfortable. I was also gonna get my hair shaved over there but after what I had witness with my very own eyes. I think I'll just go somewhere else for that. Please listen to what the customer is saying.. it doesn't take time and it doesn't hurt to take things into consideration. Hair means a lot for some people and it is a part of boosting self-confidence. It is a big deal and once it's been cut or damaged or done the way we don't want it to be... it cannot be undone. Take your business somewhere else. I don't recommend getting your hair done here.

Ashley did a great job on my Mom Haircut and color. Very friendly and accommodating. I would likely recommend this salon. Great value for the service but won't compromise the quality...Excellent

I went to Perfect Cuts WEM last week and I am really disappointed with the outcome. I asked the hairstylist how much is their hair cut, and I want it layered. She told me $39. Then she did my hair. She just ironed my hair like lesss than 2 minutes, without even washing my hair and blow dry like other salon do, she charged me $64. I asked why and she told me ironing my hair cost $20. $39 + $20 is only $59, did she tip herself ? I was really shocked. Plus she offered me oil which cost $20. My hair is not layered at all. She just cut the top layer which looks ugly. I went to another salon to repair my hair. I will never come back to this salon again. I should go to other salon which cost $65 but includes washing your hair and ironing and doing hair cut much better. The hair dresser do not listen to want you want too. Just making money out of your pocket. That’s all.

I sat on this before deciding to review; I went in yesterday for my first haircut in three years. The lady was incredibly nice, but doesn't listen. I requested multiple times my hair to be layered and to frame my face, neither of these things happened even after having her stop putting products in my hair and actually attempt my request - again. I paid $40 and left looking like I cut my own hair and to have none of my requests listened to, she did what she wanted to do not what was asked. I am incredibly disappointed and upset as this was a splurge, something to make me feel good, but all it did was being more self doubt. Please avoid this salon unless you would prefer you pay for something you didn't request and that looks like you've done it yourself.
