★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I went to Urban Retreat for a facial. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from all the staff. My esthetician Katie was so sweet and thoughtful making it extremely relaxing. She made the entire experience very customized to my skincare needs. Katie took the extra time at the end of my appointment to help create a custom skincare routine that works best for me. She is very knowledgeable on all of the products and made this one of the most relaxing spa appointments I have ever had! I would recommend this spa to everyone they go above and beyond for their clients. To my surprise two hours after my appointment a package with some sample products, nail polish, and hair accessories was delivered to my house. This is 100% the best spa in Edmonton they go above and beyond the highest standard of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful people and professionals. We are a fellow clinic in the industry and ran out of microneedling cartridges on the morning of a busy day. They sold us some from their own professional inventory and were happy to do so - even though we knew they’d need them. The overall energy of the place was fantastic and it was very clean and welcoming. I look forward to trying a treatment here sometime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to this spa for a variety of different services and have seen multiple service providers (Jocelyn, Katie, Rowena, and Amanda). Every service I have ever had was done extremely well and to the highest standard. All of the staff have always been so friendly. I highly recommend this spa to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive started coming here for massages and every single visit has been 5 stars! They are so organized and professional from the time I walk in the door until I walk out the door. The massages are such great quality that I cant go anywhere else now!
I know everytime I come, im going to have exceptional service! All of the staff are doing such a great job! Thank you for always providing such a consistent experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really happy that I've chose the urban retreat. Despite my first experience, I have to advise that spa to everyone. That place has a very high level of customer service and they really want to make sure that you are really satisfied and happy with the results. After my bad experience with brow lamination, I have received an email from the spa manager with apologies and suggestions to come back for free brow lamination.
They take the client's satisfaction very seriously. The staff are very nice and professional. I've got a lot of useful information during my brow lamination from a very nice professional. I've had a very good experience and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban retreat is definitely my favorite place to spend money, the ladies there are so beautiful, welcoming and professional. Katie is an absolutely AMAZING laser hair technician, she really made me feel comfortable during my appointments and now I feel very confident in my own skin. 10/10 would recommend her for all your laser needs and wants. Urban also has an outstanding line of skin care products, dermalogica is my favorite line, thanks to the skin care professionals there my skin has been looking and feeling so much better! I am extremely happy with Urban Retreat and I will continue to go there whenever I have money to spare. Not 5 but 10 stars ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited the spa for the essential facial. Brooklyn was my esthetician and she was incredible! She was thorough and very gentle on my skin especially around the eyes. She is very knowledgeable and gave me great product recommendations. She was also so sweet — in fact everyone I interacted with today was so kind. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, I really love it here. If you’re thinking about a spa day, Urban Retreat is the place to go.
