★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylist kept foils in my hair 2.5 hours. It’s above shoulder length so no excuse. which I still paid 150.00 for.
Went back to have the fried hair cut out.
They did not charge However I asked for her to PLEASE Keep the cut that someone else had done 1.5 months previously elsewhere (add the thinning with layers) she basically refused and stated she was just cutting the ends off (dusting her word).
WTH was that. First your colour guy messed my hair then they only offered to DUST my ends.
The girl that acted like she did me a favour YOU THINNED MY HAIR WITH SHEARS USING BLUNT CUTS ??????
YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST REFUNDED MY MONEY. CAUSE YOU DIDNT DO ANY BETTER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience and my hair looks amazing ! Kelly was amazing and did a wonderful job on my hair I’m very impressed. Amazing service , very friendly :) 10/10 would book her again. West Edmonton mall location.
03/12/19------I came back 10 months later, because i like to let my my hair rest a bit after being dyed, and i saw kelly again and she was once again amazing. Gave me a beautiful balayage blonde from dark brown. I'm going lighter next time j go back. Blonde is a process and she gave me better than anyone has ever. I highly reccomend going to see her if you find an opening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally found my stylist! I've been going to other Chatters location before and my haircut was always ok but today is exceptional! I'm so glad I walked in at their WEM location. The staff are friendly and LV my stylist was AMAZING! He gave me what I asked for and I love my haircut. I highly recommend him and will definitely go back!
