Y	Ying Kong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday the water stopped flowing into one of our toilets, we could not figure it out so we contacted three different plumbing companies and every one of them said they could make it here at the end of January, unbelievable!!! We then contacted Apollo Plumbing and Ziad answered the phone, he told me he was on-site finishing a job and could be at our place in about 10 minutes, was I ever impressed. When he got here, he was very professional and polite, the water started to flow miraculously, we still could not figure out why. In any case, when I asked Ziad how much his service call would cost he said 'nothing'. I could not believe my ears! When he came back into our home from getting his business card from his vehicle I offered him $30.00 to thank him for coming, he refused to take my money. From not now I will only deal with Apollo. It’s obvious to tell that they are dedicated professionals and it’s not just about the money to them it’s about making their clients happy and satisfied which was an extremely pleasant surprise! Great Job Ziad, you are awesome!!!

We got the problem solved and let's just say the price was unbeatable. Would recommend to anyone who will listen, CALL THESE GUYS!

Only valve we could find, shut off the water the household. First thing in the morning, we called one company and was on hold for 20 minutes, gave up and called Apollo. Not only was our service call easy to place, they arrived within a few short hours on a Saturday. The guy was awesome, showed us the bypass valve and explained the softener needed to be replaced. When I explained he was #3 for us in service calls that week, he gave us a break at N/C. I will be calling them for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them, who else does this? Thanks Apollo, you truly are a great business.

Not the most expensive, not the cheapest but we had 4 different estimates and went with Apollo because they caught things that everyone else overlooked and were very knowledgeable and available. They were punctual, friendly and cleaned up whatever mess was made which is always a bonus in my books. We will be using them again when its time for other plumbing needs! we changed out hot water heater, installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system, changed a toilet, cleaned the pipes and replaced a leaking poly B fitting. When we do other renos they will be the ones to replace the remaining poly B.
R	Rizalina Magdaong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issues on my hot water tank, called some plumbing services but it took time before they pick up my call and would make me wait 2 or 3 days before they could put me on their booking list & on top of it they charge diagnostic fee the moment they come and take a look on the problem. Fortunately I came across Apollo Plumbing ( while browsing on line) which offers diagnostic service free of charge, quotation/estimate on the total cost within an hour and service before the day ends. I was blessed enough to have BIFF as the repair/technician guy that Apollo office has sent over to fix my water heater tank. He explained every detail of what he was doing, showed and gave us tips on cleaning & draining the water tank, took the initiative to check the warranty of my tank from the manufacturer, resolved & fixed my problem in a timely & professional manner and even provided me with his direct contact # in case of any question and truly enough I needed him to come and check on issues and first hour in the morning of his duty on the next day..he came over to my place & explained the questions that bothers my husband. One satisfied happy customer here. I will recommend Apollo Plumbing Services and Biff as the service technician. Hurray to a good well done job.
L	Linda Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will not be using this company again and would never recommend it to our friends and family. The reason is their exorbitant prices. We requested a minor toilet repair and a faucet replacement. We supplied our own faucet so they only had to supply minor parts. We were charged $563 for 1 hour and 15 minutes of work. (Apparently Apollo uses a book rate that does not reflect actual hours.) When we questioned the high price of the invoice they would not budge. They just said that they charge similar to any big company. So in the future, we will take Apollo’s reply into consideration and we will use the se4vices of a smaller plumbing company. Stay away from this company.

He was able to verify and fix a problem drain our previous contractor did not properly install with the new Tub. He also came back to repair /update some leaking PEX after moving the original piping into a better place so I can finish drywall in the basement...he was available and fixed the problems as soon as possible. And he also went above and beyond expectations to make sure the new vanity install was updated properly to code and his attention to detail was great ?thanks again Apollo plumbing!

The fix was quick and I am very thankful for it. I recommend these guys for their honesty and speedy service.
