He is thorough and makes sure I understand what I need to do to upkeep my home. My furnace had been malfunctioning for several days and with one little fix of the pressure switch, all was good. As a Deaf customer, communication is key. Jerrett had it in leaps and bounds. I will be staying with Jetco and Jerrett for any mechanical needs. Thank you!

Jerry was sent out a few different times, a couple to refill refrigerant and then to replace my entire heat pump after determining that it was my best course of action after determining where the leak was. Awesome guy and awesome service from him and great over the phone service with the people in the office as well.
