C	Cindy Parsons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID at all costs. Employees put cigarette buts into garbage bins on your property. Witnessed with my own eyes behind my condo. Phoned to report complaint and girl on dispatch could absolutely care LESS. Was evasive and did not even ask for my contact details. I asked for manager's name and info - her response was (I don't feel comfortable providing it). WOW. How is this place even in business? Work done was also of poor quality and lacking competence. I have to phone another plumber and deal with a dumpster fire. Update: of course mgmt replied to say they have 'no idea' who I am as a customer. They know exactly which employee is involved with this incident. Shady company. AVOID!

A	Andrea Eriksson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a humidifier leak on December the 8th. I called Ye Old Plumber. The plumbing company did not communicate with my tenant properly what the booking time would be & provide a reliable day, time or window. I had to follow up with the company to ensure that the repair was scheduled. I was billed $157.50 for an assessment that was 10 minutes or less. Ye Old Plumber ordered a part but didn't schedule an appointment; I had to call and follow up on status. December 28th they scheduled a repair, but didn't check if the part was in. Ye Olde Plumber they cancelled the morning of only to say the part was not in; my tenant had made arrangements to be present. By the time it was all said and done they came to the unit to repair a hinge of a part that got rusted, it took them 10 minutes, and they charged me another $316.95 on January 14th. January 14th was more than a month after my initial call. I am just shocked at the speed of service, lack of detail on their part to keep track of my repair request, schedule appropriately, break down costs with transparency, disclose initial assessment costs upfront, and invoice/quote effectively breaking out materials, labour, and parts. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. I will say though - the plumbers provided good service & were great. The administration of the company was disorganized at best. I will not be going back.

Clear information and even got us a slot 2 days earlier after a cancellation. Katie was our installer and she was super professional, friendly, clean, and efficient! Our landlord was happy they were easy to work with, and we're happy we don't have to wash dishes by hand anymore. Thanks again Katie!

She was exactly what I was looking for and could not be happier. I spent a lot of time trying to find someone compatible with a 94-year-old senior, and she was perfect. Anybody giving this company a one-star has issues. I worked retail owning stores for many years, and understand the difficulties of working with people. Katie is first class and my experience so far is great.

They are my go-to for everything plumbing that I can't fix myself and the techs are always more than willing to show me how to maintain the things they install. 10/10 rating, for the few extra bucks in tech time they have always shown me how to maintain my equipment they have installed. Highly recommend.

We did take a bit of their driveway but we made sure they still had a bit of room to get around. We got a knock on the door in the morning saying we were blocking, we tried to explained we love to move but broken down waiting for a tow truck. We went into the business to explain in detail what had happened, and to apologize for the inconvenience. They than in return allowed us to sit in there shop having coffee with the staff, and use the washroom! All the staff we counted were friendly and understanding.
