Coolest body shop in town?

Came to this place with 2 project in mind. They didn't seem to interested in doing the work or took me seriously. Ended up taking my business and money elsewhere. Do not recommend.

I recently had some interior trim pieces painted to match my exterior color on my 2010 Camaro SS. I think they did a pretty good job, especially considering it was the first time they'd done this on a Camaro 5th gen car. Joey seems like a very knowledgeable guy, and was pretty fair with me when the job ended up taking a few more work hours than we anticipated. I found him to be an honest guy who has a passion for all things cars. You can tell he has a lot of experience from his years in the business. At the end of the day, I'm happy with the finished result and would recommend using Joey's for some custom car work to others.

This lady who answered the phone, although I’m sure is amazing at her job l! and seemed quite knowledgeable about procedures and parts also has an extreme ego problem from my experience. She is more concerned about making her point instead of listening to the customer. I asked very specifically about the cost of getting a window for my door she sidetracked the entire conversation and turned it into basically what came to be a fear tactic and upsell type of a conversation. I did not ask what the cost of restoring an entire inner door was, but that’s basically where the conversation was going she was talking to me about painting doors. Lie WHAT!!? I didn’t ask you for a door restoration I didn’t need her to tell me how great they are at all their jobs and how high-end they are and how much money they cost. I get it. They do amazing work. No question. I wanted to know how much a window was! She didn’t ask me if I was doing it myself or if I had somebody to do it. Why an I writing all this over asking the price of a WINDOW! I interrupted her quite abruptly and said, I didn’t call you for your opinion or your fear tactics about how much this could cost. You don’t know how much information I have about this vehicle you don’t know how much information I know about vehicles in general you don’t know how much research I’ve done already you just simply acted as though I was calling the great house of Joeys and I’m gonna have to listen to this qualification speech before I can deal with your greatness!!!! Haha. It’s mind boggling that this conversation even happened. I literally just got off the phone with another glass place and had a lovely conversation with them they simply don’t supply these parts no problem nothing went wrong everything seemed normal the English language was quite functional in that conversation.. hmmmm go figure. Whoever owns the shop should seriously consider her procedures and her listening skills. Again I am extremely respectful until I’m disrespected. I give credit where credit is due again I’m sure this lady is amazing at her job but today she severely dropped the ball and it did not jive with me whatsoever. I have no problem paying for people’s expertise. You can ask anyone I deal with I pay well and I’m extremely generous I appreciate peoples time and their expertise but when I call for a price or a possible price high or low estimate for a window and it ends up in a conversation where the lady is hanging up the phone on me because I don’t wanna hear her fear speech.. well. That’s a bad day for a business and by the way during one part of the conversation I said I don’t mind putting money into this vehicle it’s only gonna go up in value.. she literally said cars don’t appreciate in value.... ummmmm excuse me this is a 67 Camaro. Haha. Like what just happened.
