Very good service, professional from the initial quote right until the end of install! Able to answer any questions I had and cleaned up the work space as if they were never there.

Very knowledgeable professionals. Installed and Ac unit for us in the heat wave last year. And did an under warranty repair to our furnace due to a questionable install from another company. Top notch! Thanks for that.

Had a great experience. From the quote, to follow up, to actual installation. Was very pleased w/ YEG. Would definitely recommend them. And if you book them through Home Depot, you can get great savings and/or offers.

Quoter came late past time window. Took 5 minutes between arriving and leaving compared to other companies that took at least 15 minutes measuring and noting what thermostat I had, window size and location, etc... Been a week since they said they would send me a quote and have been ghosted. Update: A few days later I received a follow-up call asking how my quote was, I told them I never received it and wanted them to give it to me so I can make a decision on who to go with. She told me she will tell the quoter to get back to me. I never heard back so for the final time I called her back and told her I didn't hear from the quoter. She said the quoter is very busy and will get me the quote when he does. Since the initial visit, 4-5 days have passed. Needless to say I went with someone else who actually wants my business.

These guys are a great local company! I requested a quote for a furnace and they were able to install it the next day. And they didn’t leave a mess at all after install, very impressed. Also Nicole on the phone really keeps the team together!!

My overall experience with YEG Conform LTD was not the best, I contacted them because I had a problem with the humidity in my house, it was always below 25% and my kids were suffering because of that. I clearly mentioned that to the lady whom I spoke with that 'low humidity' is the main issue I want them to come and fix. She recommended to purchase their annual service from them and I did. They sent two gentlemen to my home. They did the inspection and corrected the position of one of the pipe dampers and said in two days humidity should be fine, also they told me that they will come back in two days to replace one the dampers motor that should be replaced. They never came back and nobody from the company called to schedule the follow up and I was surprised they sent me a bill for the visit! I emailed the to tell them that I'm expecting a follow up plus the humidity is still not fixed. I never got a response back. I called a week later and the manager responded that they will not come until I pay the bill! I told him but problem is not fixed. He started to give me excuses and ask me questions about my furnace setup, I told him talk to the technician you sent he knows what he did, he said he will do but he never came back to me, I called again almost 3 weeks after the visit as and the lady on the phone tried to push the responsibility away from them saying they did what they can do and nothing more can be done. to end this mess, I paid their bill in full and now I have to find another company to come and fix my humidifier. I'm very disappointed with their service experience. Not so professional in communication, just wanted their money and not the customer satisfaction.
