The experience with McKinley exceeded my expectations with everyone that I was in contact with. I can compare this to another popular company that I won't name but my experience was night and day. Dean from sales to the qualified installers, Devin and Joe, were outstanding. They all arrived on time, performed superiorly and were pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this organization and won't hesitate to refer others.

Dean was also quite helpful and informative. They found and repaired important issues and I will gladly call McKinley in future for furnace or water tank issues. I am very glad I called them.

They arrived on time, were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They walked me through what they were going to do, how long it would take, and and answered any questions I had about the process. They were even great with my pets. Once completed Vince walked me through what they had done, things to be aware of, tips on care and maintenance and next steps (as it is too cold to actually run the system yet). From our initial call to inquire, through the installation I can say dealing with McKinley has been a pleasure, even the electrician they brought in was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I want to add that Customer service is very important to our family and in a world of surveys I do not often complete them. In this case I do want to ensure anyone looking knows that McKinley was great for us and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have a tricky filter and I called around. I called McKinley and they had a promotion. I asked them to send their best person, they sent Josh Weiss and he was excellent. I’ve had many people come and didn’t know what they were doing. He was fast, friendly and great at promoting their options for membership and rentals. I didn’t know I could rent a water softener. I definitely am recommending Josh and McKinley to everyone I know !!!!!! Excellent service !!!!!

Other companies pushed some rental mumbo jumbo, no matter how uncomfortable I told them I was about renting my furnace. McKinley just did what I wanted and came through massively to get us hooked up when they were swamped with AC installs. My home was not an easy vent because town homes are very limited, but Ron, Jamie, Mike and Zacc did a fantastic and clean job of it. Even the inspector commented on how nice of a job it looked and was also impressed they put in a complete new stack in for my water heater as part of their scope of work. One of the crew stayed late to show me the thermostat programs and get me going and recommended locations for the carbon monoxide detectors and to be honest, I would have put them in terrible spots otherwise. This company took care of us.

Right from Dean who gave a quote, to Devin and Joe who were more than fabulous with the installation. Without complaint, they went above and beyond having to move the hot water tank to install the new furnace. They made sure we were happy with every change (thermostat, CO2 monitors, hot water temp, furnace programming). They were professional and very tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Devin and Joe and Dean and McKinley!

He arrived when he said he would, did his maintenance and left a clean furnace when he left. He explained everything in a way I could understand and was knowledgeable. His persistence in locating & confirming an upgraded power supply was appreciated. Freddie & Melchor did the hardware install and were very thorough, even removing curtain rod holders that needed to be relocated. They were both cheerful (and had great singing voices). They laid down pads to protect the flooring and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. I look forward to using my new air conditioner!
