Over the years, we have grown and expanded our departments, but our customer satisfaction and quality guarantee has not wavered. Our commercial construction department has been in operation for over 30 years. We work with developers and builders on towers as well as multi family wood structures. When we work in commercial construction, we’ll do a site visit and help design an optimal product plan. Our specialization is the attention to detail we give to every product.

Another key department for Dyand Mechanical that we have been working on since the beginning is new home construction. Because we are a large HVAC business, we are able to partner with many builders in ensuring that their new builds are completed on time and have the best quality products installed. Thanks to Lucy and Jon for the prompt service and great communication when my furnace struggled to work over the Christmas holidays. Labour/travel rates and parts pricing were absolutely fair.

I called Dyand as they were the installer of our air conditioner. Made a service appointment, on the appointment day I get a call saying the technician can't come out as promised. Instead of offering to send a tech out the following day - I get an appointment time 6 days later. Very unprofessional to deal with. Doesn't return phone calls. I called another company instead. They sent a tech same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very disappointed with Dyand, I'd give no stars if I could.

I had probably the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life with this company. So I had them do my new furnace 6 years ago and this winter (before this recent cold) the furnace has been acting up, it’ll only run for 15 minutes at a time then stop for an hour. So my place is freezing. I pulled out my sales agreement with them where I agreed at a cost of several hundred dollars more to have a β€œ10 year parts and labour warranty”. I figured in the next ten years I’ll likely need service once or twice and that should cover it. So I call in, discuss my problem and they say they can have someone out to review which starts at $250 (or something about that) and then whatever work needed is extra. I remind them I have this 10 year agreement and they say that is only valid if I had my furnace serviced by them every year, which I later find out would have been another couple hundred dollars. A year! Unreal. So by this logic I paid several hundred dollars for an insurance policy basically and then would have had to pay another say $250 a year for annual service so in the event something happened I could save $250. This is Insane. I explained to them how ridiculous that is and also that no where on my agreement e to does it say I need to pay them annually for a regular service. I have since had a friend of a friend come over who does this sort of thing who commented how poor the install is and that the issues my furnace has now are because of how the drain was ran which he explained was the easy / wrong way. The right way would have taken another 20 minutes to do at install. I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. Furthermore he states annual service is a scam and you need a service maybe once in 10 years. Avoid these criminals at all costs. I feel these losers actually stole from me and I hope they all wind up on the streets as cold as I have been in my house

No return calls on 24 hour call service. Poor workmen ship on install,transformer hanging by wires, exhaust vent pipe not hooked up Family could have been gassed. Now have build up of rust inside new furnace. Now they are not answering my calls!

Furnace stopped working, called and spoke with very pleasant lady. Dispatched technician within two hours. Technician was polite, on time and very efficient. Repaired fan mount and heat was back on in four hours. A week later, furnace fan quit again. Quick, polite service and replaced capacitor. A different problem and no additional charge to first service call. Very happy with their service and will use again.

I contacted Dyand Mechanical Systems Inc. regarding a problem I was having with my furnace. The customer service representative was very rude and unhelpful. She refused to listen to my problem and kept interrupting me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

So I called them as they had a guy come out to figure out what is wrong with my furnace since it was installed by this company 7 years ago. 5 years I had my motor replaced, before Oct 15 of this year I had my switch starter replaced and my furnace quit working today. The guy came and replaced some hoses which were no good, in the end though it was covered on warranty! Thank God!! They are extremely professional and wish them the best in there business.

We had one of the furnaces, which they was installed initially years ago (still under warranty by Dyand) stopped working. We called them and Robbie came out on time and after diagnosis went out to get the parts and promptly looked after the problem. We were also having problem with the humidifier which he took care off. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He made sure everything was working fine before he left. We had parts and labour warranty ( I think everybody should have) so we just paid for the service call only. We have no hesitation in recommending Dyand Mechanical.
