This store is so amazing, and the customer service is AMAZING, you cannot go to the store and leave without a smile. One can feel so welcomed, and they have whatever thing you need, and if it’s not in the store, just make a request or ask and they would sort it out for you. They are great supporters. ? ?.

The staff here are so helpful. I know they recently went through a change of management & believe me when I say it was for the better! They were all so patient & kind when helping me. They answered all my questions & lead me right to what I was looking for. I would 10/10 recommend this store & I know I won't be going anywhere else. Fair pricing & a great range of products!

Customer service has gone down hill. A year ago I was greeted at the door and given help with my product selection. The girls used to be knowledgable and friendly. I went in last week and asked for a certain type of hair extension. 5 girls were working there and not one knew where to find it. Yet one of them followed me around the store until I finally found it myself. I would easily spend $200 a visit in the past - when the staff knew what to recommend. Product knowledge = sales. Also, how is it that there are no black women working there anymore? The least you can do is train your staff properly regardless of their ethnicity. Half store is product for black hair and no one working there knows anything about black hair care? Ridiculous. So disappointed.

Since switching over management, I have been nothing but impressed. The products are high quality now and price point is amazing compared to other cosmetic shops. The vibe walking in is friendly and the employees are always ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have. I have recommended friends to this location and they have also been impressed since new management. The old reviews no longer due this establishment justice. If you have been to this location in the past, I would give it another chance :)

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have never had such a difficult experience in my life. Management is absolutely no help to me, I am a very reasonable person who never asks for refunds or complains but I am very unhappy with the costumer service. I ordered hair from a store in Calgary that is being dispatched from this store. Not only was I not given any of the correct information before purchasing the hair, but the management from this store will refuse to help me. I went in asking for a specific brand of hair, when I was informed that they had a new replacement for the type I was looking for and the only difference was the quality was better. When purchasing this hair I was NOT informed that this comes with MUCH less hair than I thought I was buying. Not ONLY did the manager never return my calls and friendly messages when my hair was being delayed. But I had to return back to the store to pay a shipping fee I was again not told of. I was also failed to be informed of that fact that people “usually buy two packs of this hair” because it’s SO minimal. Knowing this information prior I would NOT have purchased this hair as it would of cost me around $800 for still very minimal hair. Upon my disappointment when picking up my hair (which came very late causing me to have to reschedule my installation appointment) the nice ladies at the store provided me with the number of Daniela the store manager in Edmonton telling me that she could help me with a refund. Daniela was absolutely no help to me as she kept telling me that I will love the quality of the hair, I tried to nicely explain to her multiple times that I was unable to USE the hair because there is barely any THERE to use and that I never would have purchased if I had all the information in the first place. Absolutely no help, I am stuck with one peice of hair I paid $400 for and there is “nothing” they can do. I just want my money back.

Do not order from here. They let me order items they did not have in stock on their website. I have contacted the store 6+ times to get my money refunded. It's been over a month and still no refund. Terrible customer service and i've lost my money.

Awesome service! ?? Got a few of my must have items, however, some things I needed were not available but the owner was so helpful and willing to search and source what I wanted. I left a happy customer?

They have a good collection of beauty products. Not only African but in general the verity is great.
