Apple Fitness Store would not be where it is today without its founder, Ken Harrison, who was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. Ken’s retail journey began in 1981 when he started working at a leading national drug store as its first male cashier. He later moved to one of Canada’s top department stores where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of sales and customer service. These companies gave him his first taste of what it means to run a store with quality, integrity, and outstanding service. They taught him how to handle face-to-face customer relations, how to handle money and manage inventory, and how to make the customers’ experience positive.

They groomed him for management positions by giving him challenges and increasing his responsibilities, growing his leadership capabilities. He helped in opening the new flagship store at West Edmonton Mall for a well-known and respected retailer. Taking an empty space and being part of making it a top retail environment was incredibly rewarding, and a priceless learning experience which helped influence the business leader he is today.

Whether it is a used item, or a new item, customer service has been over and above. Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful (delivered a part to our home without me even asking), and their prices are very competitive. We love this company and never even bother shopping around because of the fabulous service we get from Apple.

I had an older Elliptical that required service in September , Len was great setting up the call and Darren the service individual was professional, efficient and very experienced. I had another issue about 2 months ago and i got them to come back to repair. It was a broken cable and they fixed it for free. Almost unheard of these days. No need to go anywhere else for such professional and fantastic service!

Recently had 2 service appointments that remedied the issues perfectly. Prompt email follow up from the service manager and excellent adherence to safety protocols. Highly recommend this company and will certainly purchase from Apple in the future.

Frank and Todd were so nice to show me different products, I was able to purchase equipment contactless and delivery was prompt and seamless. Even when I changed my mind and wanted to exchange my purchase for another equipment, they were accommodating and went out of their way to help. Would have been a different experience if it were any other store or company. Will recommend them to anyone looking for fitness equipment, especially for residential use. Thank you Apple Fitness!

So I looked around for either an elliptical or arc trainer and ended up at Apple Fitness in Edmonton. Ron walked us through the different units, educated us on the major differences, and answered all our questions. He spent nearly 30mins with us! We found a used Life Fitness 95x commercial unit in the back and ended up buying it. It was a reasonable price compared to other units. We were told 2 weeks for them to deliver, but ended up actually being only 3 days! We bought on a Saturday and it was set up in my basement on Tuesday morning! The install/moving crew were polite, clean (didn't leave any mess), set everything up where I had asked, and were done in a little less than an hour. If I had to complain about something, the unit was a bit dusty from the Apple Fitness back room, but nothing a damp rag can't fix. Thanks guys, I'll be back!
