★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an expensive exercise bike we had purchased in 2013 that hadn’t seen much use we wanted to put back into action. But it was dead and though my husband tore it down could not bring it back to life. Thank heavens we found Allan and just after talking to him on the phone Joe was able to find the problem and put it back together and use the bike. It was the week before Christmas and Allan took the time on a busy Friday afternoon to talk Joe thru the repair process with no gain to himself. We really appreciated Allans help and would recommend him to everyone. Thanks Allan!

Allen's customer first approach is a breath of fresh air when dealing with certain manufacturers and their warranties. I would have no issues recommending Allen and his services to any friends or family.

He also said he would look for the necessary parts to make treadmill work again. He explained everything that a was happening in detail and gave me some great advice in how to maintain the equipment in the future.
