Family owned and operated since 2002, Bliss Baked Goods specializes in being dairy-free, nut-free and kosher pareve.

We take you back to simpler times with our tried and true, traditional approach to baking. We do not use any preservatives and we use homemade natural sours and enzymes to produce delicious baked goods.

We are known worldwide as a reliable source of kosher foods, holding to the highest standards of kosher. All of our baked goods and cooked foods are under rabbinical supervision and certified Kosher and Pareve. We cater to a variety of diet restrictions without compromising on taste and flavour.

M	Megan Fehr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best vegan cupcakes ever!!!! Okay, I've only had the one but it's the best over all cupcake I've ever had, vegan or not. The icing is rich and delicious. They're never dried out. They have many flavors. It's out of the way for me to get there and I go there anyway.

Second, this was one of very few options to get a vegan custom wedding cake cake and WOW was it incredible! Amazing, moist, flavorful cake that all of our non-vegan gusts raved about. It was gorgeous, and the icing was not greasy at all, just delicious. The process of ordering and meeting with the baker was fantastic, I really can't wait to order another one for our anniversary just because it was so good! 10/10 recommended!

But they seem to focus mostly on very overpriced "vegan" baking, to the near exclusion of everything else. We were there today hoping to find a pumpkin pie for the holidays. They had one choice, a very small pumpkin pie that looked mostly crust for a whopping $25! We asked if they had anything else and were told (a bit snippy), "Well it is a vegan pie - that's kind of our thing." We quietly bought a couple of bread loafs, as there wasn't much else to chose, and left. Unbelievable that it is "kind of their thing" to charge vegan customers 5X the price of a regular pie that would barely serve 3 people? If you are looking for non-vegan baking there are a lot better bakeries, with better selection in Edmonton that don't treat you like second rate customers because your not paying 5X as much. I get vegan baking is hard to find... but these prices seem to be gouging a niche clientele who by need or choice, maintain vegan diets. We won't be back.

The staff is super friendly and bliss is still family owned and operated. They have a great variety of goods; donuts, sugar cookies, bread, bagels, soups, lunch specials and cupcakes (to name a few). People often name one donut place in Edmonton as their fav (you know the one) but you can tell that the goods at bliss are made with love. They also have gluten-free and vegan options (and vegan donuts)!

She mentioned the red velvet was moist and flavorful. The donuts looked fresh with variety. Not to mention the cupcake variety with a root beer and carrot cake flavour. Yum! I'll return to this small business next time I'm celebrating something in the area ? Observation walking into the store. Everyone was wearing masks with hand sanitizer available all over the store. Lots of parking at this location.

I've mentioned this place to my friends and family and they all love it, especially when I give them fresh donuts! I most certainly will be back for more. I would give this a higher rating but the donuts are a little on the expensive side. NOTES FOR THE OWNER- Maybe have daily specials like buy so many specific donuts on that day and receive one free donut. -Or you could start a donut rewards program. So they could get a stamp for each donut they purchase and on the 12th stamp they could get a free donut of their choosing :) -This will increase your chances of someone coming in again, because people love rewards! Lastly, thanks alot! Its always a pleasure walking into your store. I hope to see you all very soon!
