★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prasanna is an incredible physiotherapist! I had an important reconstruction surgery and choose him for my rehabilitation. He is very knowledgeable, competent, friendly and has great bed side manner. I always felt comfortable with him and understood completely what I had to do to take care of myself and how each individual exercise was helping my recovery and getting me back to my regular life. He always asked if I had any questions and was patient with all my concerns and worries. I would highly recommend him and his clinic for any concerns you have and even especially for any major accident or surgery recovery’s. Even the front staff are very kind and helpful! No complaints at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Physiotherapists and staffs at Turning Point are amazing, knowledgable and very friendly. They treat their patients with respect and dignity. I went there with severe back pain about three weeks ago but as of when I'm writing this review I had zero pain in my back. Thank you guys for getting me back to normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found great professionalism, respect, kindness and an overall welcoming environment at Turning Point. All of my questions were answered, and the exercises provided were and are enormously helpful in my journey (hip replacement and prosthetic arm surgeries). You can park right outside the business which reduces the walking needed to go inside. Highly recommend! And a bonus is Bliss Bakery which is right next door and has the most delicious doughnuts!

Very professional, helpful, friendly and thorough. I really appreciated the exercise program on the App - so easy to use and videos are always good. I would definitely recommend Turning Point to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turning Point is a wonderful physical therapy clinic with very friendly administrative staff and knowledgeable physiotherapists. I have had the opportunity to be treated by both Prasanna and Jay. I would highly recommend either of them for their expertise, support, and patient advocacy. They take the time to listen to my concerns, and explain the why behind each treatment. Appointments are easily accommodated and you do not feel rushed. My pain has greatly decreased since being treated at this clinic.
