It's a fantastic business model with excellent core values and mission statement, that really shine through, every step of the way; from the introduction, to the walk-through, to speaking with the trainers, to mingling with fellow TLH's in the facility. The facility is fun, safe, and fully equipped for beginners to our Leaders in training. I felt part of a community, a team, and that is the best part. Looking forward to setting goals for myself, and showing up at TLH each day to meet them and exceed them. Thanks TLH.

Not the typical gym, so if you're expecting a bunch of machines, a tanning bed, squash court and showers, this is not for you. Why go here then? Well, for one, I actually get pushed by someone to do better, I work my whole body out instead of just one part, I connect with some great people that come regularly, get some awesome benefits like discounts to Popeyes Supplements... Most importantly, because of the support here, I lost 10 lbs in the last 2 months! People outside of the gym speak of how I look different and more toned, not to mention that I get to show off my cool crow stand pose I learned! If you live close to here, you have no excuse to not go here. I come from Markham just to come to this gym because it's so awesome. Go here, and you won't look back.
T	T. Potts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Train Like Heroes offers a wicked workout - fun exercises with all the benefits and toys of a CrossFit gym but without any attitude (or ridiculous prices). Also I love me anything superhero-related. Definitely a community feel here - it's the first gym I've joined where members introduce themselves and make you feel part of the team immediately. Workouts themselves are awesome, and Mike (and Taejon) are always around to help you out if you'd rather do your own thing.

They really set you up as much as possible to get the best out of you short & long term. It may seem more expensive than other gym's but what you get for your money here is way beyond what competitors can offer. (because they actually care here) Try it out for a week, you'll only better yourself for it. I honestly cant say enough good things about this place.
A	A Bake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of my most memorable (powerlifting) PR's are at this gym. Mike and his staff are some of the most well meaning and engaged staff I have interacted with. If you like zoning into a workout and forgetting the world around you their open gym spots are perfect. If you thrive in group fitness environments, they have a nice variety of classes to try. You can also use chalk which is amazing.

The staff is super welcoming and no one at all makes you feel like you don't belong. The obstacle course is fun for all skill levels. I recommend this place to the full range of people looking to be active. I only wish there were a sixth star I could give.
