Print job was outstanding. Ordered on higher quality paper and it was worth every cent! Finished product was beyond expectations. Price was astoundingly affordable. Shipping was quick and FREE. I will, without hesitation, be ordering again and again.

After seeing some of the other negative review, I can chime in and say I have had a similar experience. I received some email feedback before placing an order, great. As soon as I placed the order, I email telling them I could not upload the file and would send it to them manually, no response. After waiting past the due date to be shipped, I contacted them again for an update. I didn't even receive any word on proofing I payed for. I tried calling and left a message. Nothing. I couldn't wait any longer as I needed the copies for clients. So I emailed to cancel my order. As soon as I did I got an email immediately, apologizing saying they are back logged due to the holidays and asked if I would still like to cancel. I said I totally understand, but to please still cancel as I took my business elsewhere....no response. Followed up on cancelling the transaction. No response. If they are so busy they cannot even cancel a transaction, I am glad I did not wait for them to fulfill their initial obligations. I am completely perplexed how a business could be ran this way... UPDATE: After a month, they finally confirmed my cancellation. A day after I posted this review. Increased from 1-->2 Stars

I chose these folks to publish a 200 page book of diary entries and photos for two decades of family fishing trips: the result was magnificent. The folks at Canadacopy answered my questions and made the process pretty easy, but more importantly, the books are very high quality, and they ended up very reasonably priced. (BTW: 80# gloss pages are very nice, showing both text and photos clearly and with good quality, and the weight is nice for book pages.)

I ordered 2022 Calendars and was pleased with the end product. The quality was satisfactory. I am sure Canada Copy can do a little better on pricing specially when you order in bulk. The online tools and service has room for improvement and I had some issues with my upload and edit. Thankfully I was able to get it resolved with great satisfaction because of Daryl and he was patience and very responsive. He was exceptional. I am sure compared to Vista Print, Canada Copy can up their game in customer experience, online support and tools.

***Edit: After continued miscommunications, I went ahead and cancelled my order. It's now been almost 2 weeks, and I haven't received a refund. I started emailing the company every day to remind them, and they ignore my messages. So not only are they rude, they will also steal from you. Don't make the mistake I did and avoid this company like the plague!** Three times ordering with this company and every time, they were were at least two weeks late printing my order. The first 2 orders, I paid extra for the rush production time, still had to wait 2 weeks (and they didn't even do the order until I contacted them), and I never received a refund for the extra I paid. Now for my third order, they didn't contact me until I contacted them 2 weeks after purchase, and now they are answering vaguely about problems with bleed (which wasn't a problem with my first 2 orders) and being generally rude and unhelpful in their replies. Not impressed, and I recommend going elsewhere - there are other companies with better customer service and much lower shipping rates.

The product is good and the price is right, but whether it gets done within 4 days or 4 months seems to be a roll of the dice. For some reason, some jobs get put in the "for later" bucket and then they go dark in terms of phone or email responsiveness. Because you pay up front, they have you handcuffed. We waited from November until January to get our product, which in the end was excellent, but far too late for Christmas. And over that time, we repeatedly reached out to them by email and phone. It wasn't until January that we started getting some response (after the Christmas rush?). Even then, I had to phone every day for 7 days to keep them on track. (Every time I called, my order seemed like news to them). Cheryl who answers the phone doesn't seem to have a strong communication connection with whoever is doing the printing. I would love to set up a shared google sheet for them for them to keep track of the status of their jobs:). Bottom line, great price and quality but you take a chance that you may get stuck in limbo.

Like what the other guy said, print quality is great and prices are good but don’t expect to receive your items within the stated delivery time. They should remove the fast and free shipping advertisement to just state free shipping. I’ve ordered twice from them and the first time was a few weeks late but I had some limited communication with them. Second time was over a month late and could not reach anyone. I hope they can resolve the timing issue because the print quality really is high quality.

I found Canada Copy on the web. I uploaded my design and bought a print job from the options. 6 days later, i received and email that mentions I bought the single sided one, but mine was double sided. Then we talked on the phone and paid the difference. Even if the first price was discounted, they charged me full price while charging me the difference. Order date was April 20th, they corrected the order 1 week later, then the print was ready on May 9th. Even they were blaming me about the correction of the order it took 2 weeks for the print. When I called their place noone answered the phone, then I emailed them, they said "Unfortunately, the person that answers the phone is off sick today." 5-7 days max is a huge lie. So, good luck with your business. Hope to never see you again.
