★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bough my suit for my wedding here, just got it fitted today. They were amazingly efficient I went in there around 12 and got the pants fitted and at 6 everything was ready for me to pick up and take home. Everyone there is helpful and Ryker was a big help with picking the right suit out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial service at this location was great. But actually getting the things we ordered has been a farce.
My fiancé’s custom suite was measured and sized for altering. When his custom suite came in, they could not find it at first, and then the pants were not hemmed. So they had to hem them on the spot.
We also ordered groomsmen pants in February, and as of the beginning of May we were told we still had to wait for them to come in. When we visited the location in store, we found the exact pants on the shelf. When you have things come in, they should be delegated to the orders that have not been filled. So they pulled the pants off the shelves and altered those. Then we went to pick up one of the altered pants and they wrote the wrong last name down on the pants and the original sales associate said they didn’t have them. The manager found them under the wrong name. I addressed all these issues with the manager and she tried to pass the blame to our original sales associate who no longer works there. But it’s their current staffs lack of organization that is the problem. 0/10 would recommend.
