★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check your premiums. I switched and got a quote ONLINE with NO EFFORT and saved about $46.68 a month. I wouldn't even bother posting this review if there would have at least been premium service you'd expect to get by paying almost 50 bucks a month extra to be helped by a broker... when only to be ignored when asking for payment details and breakdowns after cancelling when you find out how much monthly this service is "worth". Think twice, there's LOTS of choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with them for a few years. I went with them as I absolutely adored Anisha P. The service I received from her & Wayne were top-notch. I recommended them TO EVERYONE!
However about a year ago or so ago, I emailed Shane, and got no response. Email didn't bounce back and I had emailed him on a past email thread, so I knew I had the right email address. I emailed AGAIN and still NO reply. I have no idea if my insurance angel Anisha is still there or not. I have no idea if they are still my broker However, I know moving forward that I won't use them. Heck I don't even know if they are still in business. I'll have to look for another. Anisha, if you ever happen to read this and are still in insurance, please reach out.
It's sad about this company as they were once really great.
