★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My account was charge without my consent because the agent said the system automatically process my enrolment. At first the agent keeps calling me and very aggressive then now that the transaction was done the agent never reply me in any of my calls or answer me in my text. And it’s been 4 months I still never received my policies. And as she promise me that I have a 500k coverage but when I checked my policy online it’s only 200 coverage. And she promised me that I will get the child kits and the will kit folder and until now I haven’t received it. Trying to communicate with my agent but never answer me back. I need new agent that will communicate with me. Knock on wood if I have a claim to process nobody will help. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic zoom meeting with Gabriell Natha. His professionalism was awesome, we weren't rushed and he answered all of our questions and more. Very happy we were directed his way as our new representative. *edit* Although this meeting went well unfortunately he does not follow up. I have had to sit on hold with the 800 number a few times now to resolve issues, a bit disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so nice to have an insurance agent like Tanya, who will make you feel comfortable about discussing insurance needs. There was no guilt feeling of increasing our premium because she explained the insurance coverage thoroughly. There were some coverages that we know are included but was not explained well previously. It was impressive how she has a way of explaining things to us without the feeling of rushing or pushing us to increase our coverage. I've tried several insurance companies before and I'm the type who asks so many questions because I want the best coverage for my family! But with her, I was tongue tied because she was that good that I only have minimal questions. She's a very pleasant lady, knows her work by heart, detail-oriented and we-organized. She surely has an edge over others to grow in her line of work. I won't hesitate to refer her to friends and families looking for the best insurance company such as AIL. They don't just sell insurance, they also look after your families need, safety and future! Trust me, with so many insurance companies I've inquired before, none can match what AIL offers! Combine it with best employees like Tanya and Jacky, then you'll definitely get the best of your insurance needs. They provide personable service and don't have to wait over the phone to speak to an agent! Thanks for the wonderful service, please keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a meeting with Adam Gignac over this weekend and he was fantastic. He was very professional and also at the same time personable. He treated me like a person not just somebody he was selling insurance to. He explained everything clearly and was very responsive to my questions. If you get an opportunity talk to Adam you won't be disappointed. Thank you Adam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wont stop recieving phone calls from an agent, Lori Gilchrist, after not returning a phone call since we had a wrong understanding of what this was via Facebook. I have blocked the number, but yet she keeps calling. I think it is totally unprofessional to phone for weeks on end every DAY, MULTIPLE times a DAY There has been multiple voicemails left to my inbox. If someone doesn't return the first 4 in a row phone calls it is safe to say they aren't interested. LORI IF YOU SEE THIS, PLEASE STOP PHONING ME. THANK YOU!
