On Friday, November 26, 2021, my husband had a very unpleasant experience purchasing an item from their pharmacy (to be specific he was purchasing Pedialyte for our child). He paid with his iPhone Wallet through tap at the pharmacy, and the staff told him the transaction went through and he left. When he was walking to his car, another gentleman (wearing a yellow/brown shirt) flagged him down and basically accused him of not paying for the item, harassing him asking him questions on whether he paid for the item and a receipt. My husband had just got off of work in his construction clothes, didn’t understand why he would need to be chased down, and whether this gentleman was discriminating against him. My husband is never bothered about most matters, but he felt very targeted in this sense. Please address your staff members in how they treat customers especially if there is racial and/or discrimination occurring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to a guy on the phone. Super helpful and Nisha did a rapid test for me. She was so kind and friendly. This comes after a bunch of rude encounters from a few BiG chain pharmacies in Pickering. I highly recommend going here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this pharmacy since I was a child. They are always kind, caring, informative and always go that extra mile. I will never go anywhere else. In regards to another’s comment over discrimination. In the over 20yrs of coming to this pharmacy, I have never once seen any racial discrimination or chasing in parking lots. Ash (Pharmacist) is a wonderful person, he’s very honest and always is there to help and listen. Thank you for everything you do and all the love and care you have shown my family.
