I even looked up my bank statement to show them and they still wouldn’t do a thing even if it worked out to the exact purchase. They say this took effect as of July 2020 because of the pandemic. Well lots of places are still taking returns without receipts because it happens and they exchange or give a gift card for store credit. This has nothing to do with the pandemic (germs) because if I had a receipt they would have taken it and given my money back. Walmart has lost my business, what a shady thing to do to up their sales and recover losses on customers backs, during a hard time where nobody can afford to lose out of a purchase. Those were work clothes that didn’t fit & you know nobody wants to try them on in a store, they want to get in and get out. The clothes are absolutely useless to me and Walmart is a shady company who looks out for nobody but Walmart.

I went with my family to get Covid tests, and accidentally in the system there was only a booking for 1 person instead of 4. They shamed us, told us how busy they were and refused to test us. I had 3 screaming children and they told us there was nothing they could do we would have to come back In A few hours. I indicated that I had called earlier in the week confirming that I would have 4 people coming in for the appointment, so the technician proceeded to call all staff to see which staff member told us that. (Excuse me, you just told me you were so busy you had no time to do a 10 second Swab on 4 people, but you have time to call all your staff to try and make me look like a liar?) I am extremely angry and disappointed and shocked that My young family and I were treated this way. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. Despicable.
