★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pharmacist went above and beyond to try to help me today with an issue I was having with another pharmacy that gave me my medication but no needles to administer etc. He was so wonderful, he even showed me how I should administer my medication! Thank you so much, I will not forget the kindness that you showed me today! Wonderful pharmacy, highly recommend and very knowledgable!

Customer Service Is First-Class.
Unlike a lot of big pharma companies the staff makes you feel that you are the most important client the moment you walk in. The Entire Staff are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any question and go above and beyond explaining not only prescribed meds but also over the counter meds.They truly care about our families well being.
There is no other pharmacy and staff that comes close.
I would give them a 10, but Google only allows 5 stars.. 5+++++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough about The Main Drug mart in Pickering.The staff is polite, knowledgeable and patient. The great service and care that I have received for myself and entire family is exceptional especially from Saudia, she is amazing at her job. As difficult as I can be on some occasion over the past 23 years she somehow manages to calm me down and puts a smile on my face, on the odd days that I can't get her to take care of me Ramez is right there ready to deal with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going to this pharmacy from Ajax for around 15 years, very pleased with all the staff, but attitude and fees seemed to have changed and when you ask for an explanation of the fees you are given the answer by the pharmacist that they are doing you a favour and you are bringing them a small amount of business. My wife and now myself have moved our account to Costco in Ajax where fees are clear and explained and reasonable and covered by my plan. Costco's pharmacy staff attitude instills one to do business with them and we are not even members, the Pharmacy can not charge Costco membership fees. I would highly recommend Costco's Pharmacy, Main drug appears to not be interested in our business anymore.

If I ever have issues with my insurance or prescriptions the staff here are always willing to go the extra mile to make things right to make it easier on you.
