★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese (paid for it to be prepared as such) and this was what I got. A bagel. Not even sliced, no cream cheese, nothing. Just a bagel... I didn't even come during a rush!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is my 4 issue in a row. If this store care about their service instead of the window time they might have a better review. Picture is a double.toasted bagel, they literally shook the decision machine to have me get my card out faster and every time I have ordered the last 4 times I have had a wrong item or missing item. I'd suggest management stop trying to rush people through and teach staff to maybe focus on the customers order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Count your change if you're paying with cash because after having a suspicion of being short changed, I started paying attention. Now, 3/3 visits I have been given the wrong amount of money due back to me anywhere from 10cent to 35cents. Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. They screwed up my order twice today. They were not too busy so I can't even say that in rush they messed up my order. There were 2 girls working on one person's order and still it wasn't right. I would recommend that before you pay, make sure you aks the receptionist to repeat back your order, because definitely they don't get it right at first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed a mobile order and picked it up. A cup of regular coffee lasts a day for me.... coffee smells and tastes like some kind of mixture of coffee and tea which I have never ever tasted at any other locations. This is definitely not a coffee, this is rather tea........waste of my money and will have to grab another cup of coffee again...... I will never ever visit this place again.
