β β β β β Came in to Coast Appliances looking for a new fridge. There are quite a number of fridges on display. It was relatively busy so most sales people were busy so only 1 or 2 were available to answer any questions. One greeted us and asked if we had any questions, which was nice as we did have a few questions about a couple particular models. The pricing seemed fairly comparable to other stores, but other than that, there wasn't much else that would entice me to purchase from them.

β β β β β Purchasing four new appliances was a good experience, however, the over the range microwave quit working, when itβs less than six months old. Service sent out an inexperienced tech, as he had to keep calling another tech for help. That was two weeks ago. Today I was told it will be another 21 days before they will know if they will have the part, that was with me having to follow up with emails to find out what was going on. After the 21 days, if they canβt get the part, they said they will have to see what can be done then. Iβm guessing that will take another couple of weeks, so it will be almost two months without the appliance. Neither Service or the store manager will replace it or give me a
Loaner until mine is fixed. This was not a cheap microwave. I never expected this type of service from Coast Appliance, very upsetting, especially when it is less than 6 months old.

β β β β β Went in there and was immediately greeted by a very friendly employee (with a sense of humour). Bought a washer and dryer with no problems at all. Left there with a smile.
A few weeks later, went back to cancel one of the appliances and had absolutely no problems, whatsoever. The employee was very kind and helped cancel the order without being overbearing and nosy. Was in and back out within 5 minutes. Coast Appliances is definitely the place I'd recommend to friends and family if they're looking to buy a new appliance.

Coast Appliance helped me choose what I wanted put it through on Saturday and received my new stove on Wednesday. Can't complain about that. Great service and the gentlemen who delivered the stove, unwrapped it and put it in place for me. Very courteous
