★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a major storm ripped through our area and our generator quit we were in the search for a new one. We seen online the Pickering Lowe’s had 2 when we arrived there was none to be found. The manager had come down the aisle and said he was getting 50 delivered from the warehouse, this was 6pm and the store closed at 8pm. He stated he would take our names and call us when the generators got to the store and he would stay open until we could get there that night to pick it up. We got a call at 7:45pm to head there! We were very suprised and happy! Can’t thank you enough!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here to pick up an order that I placed online. Well organized pick up at a locker just inside the store. I was given a code to scan to open the locker and had my purchase and was out in minutes! Brilliant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic customer service, I called and was able to have one of the employees at the store answer all my questions and went out of his way to make sure that the store manager would price match an item from an online discount competitor and event went as far as holding the item for me at the customer service desk. Thank you for the wonderful service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally have a good experience at Lowe’s but after today I question whether I’ll come back. When ringing up our plants I politely informed the cashier that 2 of them were marked down to $5. She very boldly told me, “no, they’re not”. I was shocked, I’ve never had a cashier speak to me like that!
I told her they were, and so she turned to 2 other workers standing by the door chatting and asked them if they knew about flowers being marked down. One woman looked at us like we were crazy and the other said, “already?”
I was very uncomfortable at this point, I’ve never had employees react this way, especially when I was very polite and casual.
When one woman went to check and acknowledged we were correct, no one apologized for the inconvenience or not believing us. Instead the cashier was delighted with the price and kept mentioning that she wanted to get some too.
I am appalled at how we were treated by 3 employees over a simple price check. Happy to shop elsewhere after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Lowe's Pickering for the first time and I will definitely be a repeat customer, even though there are closer similar stores to me. The first person I asked for help when I entered the store ended up being the store manager, Angelo, and even though he was working in a different section, he stopped what he was doing to help me. I couldn't stay long in the store and didn't know exactly what I was looking for, which I shared with him, and instead of calling an associate in that department to assist me, he took it upon himself to take me to the department. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient when he explained the pros and cons of the similar products. I felt that I was a valued customer and wouldn't be led astray. When I asked about the return policy for the electrical product, he told me not to worry and that he would personally make sure that I was happy with whatever needed to be done. I left the store feeling very confident with the product and the price. I had such a positive experience and I will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loving the outdoor furniture and garden items I purchased at this location, and was very impressed with the quality of service! -- Over the course of a few days, I dealt with several Customer Service Representatives, Assembly and Delivery Personnel, and an Assistant Store Manager who all went above and beyond to listen, answer questions, provide solutions, and ensure my shopping experience was a positive one! I would highly recommend this location for any home or outdoor needs!
