★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly the worst location of the bunch. Inventory systems are always skewed online, and staffing is very sparse and inexperienced. Frustrating experiences back to back. LOVE Home Depot, would never shop at this location again. Windermere all the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is the reason I'll be canceling my HD credit card. Went in to purchase a gazebo... 3 on display not one in stock for months, why would you put something on display that you don't have??? And haven't had in months. The associate said there would be a shipment the next day but refused to let me pay for it, said I would have to call in to buy it. Well I called this store 5x. Was put on hold the first 3 and hung up on, then called there customer service and after 30 min of ringing there is no answer. Lowes has Gazebos on display and guess what?? They actually have them in stock. I'll be taking business elsewhere.

But staffs were not that friendly and if you request for assistance you many need to wait for 30 mins min and once they come they seems like skipping to other colleagues. I would appreciate then if they would be more customer friendly to assist new commers about their concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I promised yesterday, I’m giving 5 stars to Kim! I have a huge respect and appreciation for her! I don’t want to explain writing a page or two on what was the issue. When other associates dropped the ball, her patience, perseverance and persistence, resolved the conflict and I walked away as a happy customer. There was a time where I lost faith, when I lost her. I thought that she gave up on me and tried to avoid me as others did in another location. I’m sorry Kim. You taught me a lesson of customer service! Thank you, Nik

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large hardware store with a vast selection of items. I've been to several of these home depots before and their layout is very easy to navigate due to the large signs hanging above. They also have self checkout, which makes buying one item a breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for light fixtures for our condo. One of the best selections at very good prices , in the west end of the city.
Staff was also very helpful. They ensured St. Albert HD kept a fixture on the side , for pickup. It was the last one in the city.
