★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there at about 8:40 today as a surprise for my daughter. She ordered the kids meal as the toys (spongebob) were cool, however once home she discovered there was no toy. Was defiantly not the most fun experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used a QR code for a big Mac, then it just disappeared, tried to do it again, but would not let us. Spoke to the manager behind the counter and she did not seem to care. Reluctantly gave me a discount on my big Mac, but not as much as the app did. Not a very pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mcDonald’s I’ve visited, in 5 provinces. Staff was cold to customers with No or poor explanation of product limitations, telling my wife “no you can’t have hot chocolate”, when confused finally explained there was no machine on site. Staff was extremely unfriendly, and the restaurant and tables were extremely dirty. Well drive elsewhere next time I’m in this area to avoid the low level of standards at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please show customers that you toast a burger given back by customer they already hold it. The crew take it back and give it back in the kitchen not sure if they give it to the next customer. Went there today at 2:36 pm.I’m so disappointed ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff refused to wear masks over their nose. Talked back to me when corrected on procedure. And they got my order wrong. This is hilariously negligent, whoever the manager is needs to be fired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All things being equal they’re an average McDonald’s with below average concern for current market customers that need plugins and good internet speeds. No plugins and sub par internet when the Walmart they’re in offers free 45/45 speeds this McDonald’s offers like 2/0.75 at most. They won’t earn my future business, can’t work, till they improve the plugin situation and internet speeds. I’ll order my food and coffee at other brands till they fix that. These small things are big and will earn u more business with butts in seats. I’ll upgrade my review they they upgrade their desire for our business. Just as important as clean well stocked bathrooms.
