horrible service - only went in for an oil change but came out with a broken key, they left the cap off my coolant tank, and there was garbage all over my car??? their β€œfree car wash” also could’ve been done better by literal babies. the manager has yet to explain to me why all this happened and hasn’t even apologized. go to northside istg ?

They will charge you for detailing and winterization packages that you didn’t ask for. I didn’t ask for any of these items and nor were they explained to me during the sale process. They provided no documentation on the services they charged for either. The GM hung up on me and called me a liar. Big hint - these positive reviews are all from the same day! They’re purchased reviews. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS.

Not a very honest dealership. I showed him the advertised price on the website and he agreed that’s the price but was 2000 more on the sales agreement. The trade I thought we agreed on was 18,000 but in the end it was 15,400. So it ended up costing me 4,600 more than what I thought. Very shady sales department. Would not recommend buying from them. I guess they seen me coming. Buyers beware!

Staff not masked and not enforcing masking of customers. Regardless of your feelings on the law businesses need to follow provincial mandates. Did not feel safe while waiting for my vehicle. Also booked a service vehicle and was not given one - forced to wait >2hrs surrounded by unmasked staff and patrons

Well, the phrase 2 faced comes to mind. Our story starts with a nice lady named Taryn. She was our sales person in our experience with them. She did her job well with the backing of her sales manager and I have no problem there. The problem begins after the contract papers were signed. We settled on a price for our used vehicle that included FREE oil changes (nothing more) for 2 yrs and a minimal warranty which was typical. The free was made very clear because if they weren't free I would save the money and do them myself. Well after 2 of the free oil changes and no hassle we were then told that we had to have the other services such as rotations, brake inspections, etc... things that did cost money and again things I can very easily do myself. I called a total of 5 times and talked to 3 different people including the service manager and 2 people in finance and asked to have them show me a copy of the contract. They could not be bothered to call me back with any form of proof that we agreed to pay for such services. In fact I could not get anyone to call me back period! This went on for over a week so my wife and I went in person to talk to the service manager face to face. He must be very busy as we waited well over an hour to see him. I guess he realized we were not going anywhere so he reluctantly came to see us with promises that he'd look into it and get back to us "Monday." Believe it or not- no return call... I called to follow up and couldn't find anyone that knew anything about the situation. So I guess if you are looking for a deal backed with empty promises then this is the place for you!!! I will not be going back or recommending this business to anyone I know.

My husband and I went to this auto dealership on Saturday early morning and worked with salesman Simon and Manager Erin; asked to have vehicle by Monday and by Saturday afternoon Taryn from Finance called us to get our details on her day off. Today is Monday and we have our vehicle, also the detailing staff. All staff was efficient and very organized; thank you so much.

I really had a great experience with Taryn! She helped me with refinancing my car with having no issues. The process was very smooth and fast. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I’d definitely recommend her if you guys need any help with refinancing.

Had a great experience through here! Christina helped find a perfect fit for what I was looking for in a vehicle, and got me a great deal! She worked with my budget and got me all that I asked for! Shauntel was also great in the finance department. Overall, great experience, and would definitely recommend! :)
