Go elsewhere with your FORD needs! After totally screwing up my tire pressure (different tire pressure on every wheel - none of them correct) during the so-called "Works" service last month, I decided to give them another chance. During the week I booked an appointment online for today (Saturday) because this is the only day I was able to bring in my Ford vehicle. I described the issue online while booking. Few times before today, I received messages from Denny Andrews Ford remaining me about the appointment, in one message I even had to confirm that I will be coming. This morning, one hour before the appointment I received a phone call telling me that my appointment has been cancelled because "on the weekend they don't have the proper technician to deal with my issue" (The lane Keeping System turns off and on) and that this kind of services should be booked during the week". They should know it before and notify me promptly. To me it looks like a messy, unorganized Ford dealership. Save your frustrations and go somewhere else.

I live in Kelowna, BC. My F150 was totaled in an accident and I wanted a new one. The local dealers had none that suited my needs, so I shopped online. I dealt with two other BC Ford dealers and was turned off by the β€œUsed Car Salesman BS” at one dealership and the Business Manager at a Kamloops dealer tried to bend me over with outrageous, additional fees. I found Denny Andrews website and contacted them about a truck I liked. Sales Rep, Brett Weber contacted me and I was impressed with his professionalism. We finalized a deal and he sent paperwork that contained no surprises. When I flew to Edmonton to pick up the truck, Brett was away from work with Covid. One of his colleagues, Jared, gave me a patient, detailed explanation of the features. I also met the Business Manager Reese and Sales Manager Joe. All of the people I met are a credit to their profession and I will buy more vehicles form them in the future. I highly recommend the dealership and their staff.

Paul was amazing!! Him and his sales manager worked hard to get me the new Maverick and we’re always kind and courteous!! The people that work at Denney Andrews in Edmonton are top notch and they make you so comfortable!! Would 100% recommend them

My experience with Denny Andrews was excellent. Jason and Joe found me exactly what I was looking for. I was driving my new Escape within a couple of weeks of my first visit to the dealership. Everyone I dealt with was professional. Best of all - I love my new Escape Hybrid.

Kind of frustrating when you called five minutes before and spoke with the parts department, and when you arrive the parts department is magically closed. do you maybe have a call centre that took the call? or is your parts department the forgotten step child at this dealership. Now I know my family stopped purchasing from Denny Andrews. Thank you for making my part shopping experience memorable.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Was on a cross Canada trip with my young daughter in a pre-owned F150 that I had owned less than 90 days, still WELL within my warranty. I had a vacuum break pump seal as well as another leak somewhere else, while in Winnipeg. The dealership there was super helpful, told me my warranty would cover it, but they wouldn’t be able to get the part for several days. So I carried on and made it to Edmonton where I had accommodations and brought my truck here. MISTAKE. Not only did they tell me that my warranty wouldn’t cover the repairs, but denied there was a secondary leak. On top of this they charged me $100 for my trouble. After this, I made it home and brought my truck in to the dealership I bought it from in the first place and they are covering the repairs under my warranty, confirmed the secondary leak, which was denied at Denny Andrews, and are taking care of me as they should. Shout out to Kelowna Ford Lincoln for their outstanding service. Maybe you guys could show the Edmonton team how this works.

Bought my first car here (Ford Escape) in December and IAN is the MAN you need to see here. He was amazing on my first visit till I bought the car and always made sure all of my questions were answered. He was and still is always available to answer any questions. He knows what he is doing and is just very easy to deal with in general. Finance - Chantelle is amazing too and very polite. She really made sure I understood every bit of financing done through ford and answered all of my questions without confusing me with numbers. They are the BEST, don't evert let them go Ford :)

We were having a tough week with the family health and financial wise. The last thing we needed was to come out to our car while running errands to a flat tire on a Saturday. We were able to put enough air in to get to Ford. The team jumped into action and fixed our tire quickly to get us back on our way. Very prompt and friendly service, the Quick Lane Advisor even worked with us paying for the service. You have earned a loyal customer, we will definitely be back.
