★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are extremely satisfied with our RAM elevator. We built a home on a lot - the view being the biggest attribute. It made sense to build a "reverse" floor plan where the living, kitchen, and master bedroom was upstairs. Although we are able bodied we knew it was wise and financially advantageous to install an elevator during the build. I did extensive research and chose RAM because of three things: 1) price point - the elevator is designed for a residence so we were able to choose a less expensive elevator built for its utility versus luxury although luxury options are available; 2) safety features galore, manual over-ride, battery backup; and 3) increase the value of our home.

This has been a life changing solution for my wife's disability as I no longer have to worry about her having a falling accident on our stairs. We now have the confidence that we can stay in our home throughout retirement without worrying about stairs. Dave in sales was hands on through-out the process and has followed-up to ensure we are satisfied. We highly recommend the RAM Stratus.

We ordered a porch lift from Accessibility Professionals and they informed us RAM in Edmonton manufactured the unit.
It arrived much more quickly than expected and we were able to install it it the day after it arrived.
And the unit matched our requirements and expectations exactly.
And the design and quality of materials are spot on.
My lifetime career has been in engineering and design and I have done a lot of design work. And so I appreciate good work when I see it.
